Frampton declined the fight and left the division. The duck has happened now and people need to move on. If he had stayed at SBW I'd be slating him but instead he's accepted he wasn't the best there and has instead left the division.

I'm a fan of both Rigo and Frampton. I think Rigo beats Carl at SB, I think Frampton would beat Rigo at Featherweight. The extra power would be the difference. I don't see Carl killing himself to make SB to beat Rigo for a title he give up. After last night he's the draw in this fight. I hope it does get made sooner rather than later. Rigo vs Frampton is a chess-match I want to watch.
