Selby could mean using the Millennium Stadium with the roof closed in November/December 80,000 live gate in the winter Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Frampton v Quigg rematch is a non starter, no one wants to see that Fight again & Frampton has proved he's way ahead of him now. The Selby fight is the obvious choice in terms of money but I'm not sure it would be a good fight to watch.
yeah sure... boring in the ring and quiet with no personality outside the ring Lee sells a maximum of 2,000 tickets Selby will all of a sudden be selling out the millennium
Yeah but Frampton brings in a lot + put Warrington on the card to face the winner Alternatively put Selby v Frampton as main support to the next AJ defence and the stadium is sold Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Why do you keep talking about stadiums for these fights? AJ has never sold out a stadium before and he'd only fill one if he was fighting Fury or Haye. He's fought in a stadium ONCE, and that was undercard of Froch/Groves. And there's no way Carl Frampton is going to be chief support for anyone
But if selby sells no tickets and the reason for making the fight is that frampton sells a lot then surely the argument could be the same for the rigo fight. If that fight was put on in Belfast it would sell out. He could fight a sausage in Belfast and it would sell out
Regardless of how good rigo is he brings absolutely no money to the table whatsoever, the fact is boxings not always about the best fighting the best why would you fight someone who has a extreamly High chance of beating you for hardly any money when you can Be in 50/50 fights and earn millions
I think he'll have a soft defence in December and then have a big fight at Windsor Park next summer against either Selby or LSC.
Selby frampton will.be next....there both al haymon fighters...it makes sense....al takes 15 % of.each purse...simple logic
lets be honest if Frampton fights Selby it'll almost definitely be in Belfast and it'll almost definitely be a Frampton win.
