Even though I've always been a fan - and would still root for him vis anyone apart from AJ....he's irritating me as I see a huge con trick that he's trying to play. Talk big, but fighting very low ranked opposition. This is the stink in boxing these days - lots of fighters do it. Money dictates and they all try to play safe to protect themselves from taking a risky fight. I do understand it - its their living but its not really true sportsmanship...play safe talk big and hope the gullible casuals will buy into your BS till you can cash in. Morally WRONG. I hope he doesn't get a big money fight vs anyone until he's proven himself worthy by beating a genuine top 10 fighter - or 2. Its beyond a FARCE that Briggs and Haye are top 10 ranked. Neither has fought any live body in their respective comebacks. And why is that ? Because they play the same con trick Wilder does.
Imagine Haye vs. Oquendo. That's an easier walkover than Briggs even! And he'd get the WBA strap with a mandatory shot at Fury. Haye will be salivating at this.
David Haye is the worst of the worst in my opinion,Briggs aside Haye has come back for what a fight with AJ,Joshua already makes millions whoever he fights so he should go tell Haye to fight someone decent or dissapear.
I got bored of the Briggs sideshow a long time ago. He wasn't that good in his prime and would get battered by any fighter genuinely in the top 30. Haye's comeback trail has been atrocious in quality but effective in getting him a ranking. It shows what's wrong with how the governing bodies work. Reform is needed.
