prime or not, he wouldnt do well with Terry

Look at the evidence. When forced to become the aggressor against a moving target, he was much less effective and took too long to unload anything other than a jab

Look at the Hearns fight "you're blowing it kid"

    His own trainer said that

That's how I know Ray wouldnt make it against Terry

Plus, he couldnt handle Terry's punches

as it was, Terry made him afraid of running into them, His worst nightmare realized

Then there was the Bonds fight. OMG, how clumsy!

Then there was the Howard fight which made me even more adamant in my opinion of Ray

About the only thing I can say Ray does better than Terry are the mechanics of his right hand, as he drives his home with his body following it whereas Terry swipes with his

But OH, how he kept slamming that right hand against Leonard's head

I think what happened was that Terry had already demoralized Ray to the point where Ray lost complete confidence in himself and became susceptible to shots he wouldnt normally get hit with

watching Terry bounce back N forth was a real treat for me, the way he threw Ray off, and then PLOW! Right to the head

You have to admit that was sweet

as for Ray's form, he looked fine. I couldnt find any deficiencies in uno mas, his 1989 bout with Duran, using his legs to the point that the crowd booed him throughout

that's how you know if a fighter's still got it or not

which is why I cant understand where you guys keep coming up with Ray's hardluck excuses "well, if ray were in his prime"

but ray's never been good against movers, that's why there's so few of them on his resume

Only Terry, and Camacho, and Hector was long gone by then

Terry had real flaws but that doesn't means he can't beat SRL.

I think its a style match up that favors Terry. It would be close but I think Terry edges it on points. SRL would have to press the action against the bigger man who is just as quick.

 who are you trying to kid?

polls only reflect opinion, not fact. With facts available, you dont need polls

Polls are used in surveys, voting, that sort of thing

    fed by opinion

In 5th grade we were tested on the difference between fact and opinion

this is fifth grade **** and you want to goad me into participating because you got nothing else to go on

However, the facts are on my side and the facts are, Terry Norris gave your man a beating

Here, let me remind you in case you forgot

    Norris 120

    SRL 106

and that's the way it was, and always will be no matter how it galls the blood

everything Leonard did, Norris did better

Get a life you childish fool. It is NOT compulsory for you to read the posts on this or ANY other thread. It is a matter of choice. If you don't like it, go to another thread.

That is the problem with moronic fan boys, they can't take anyone not agreeing with their stupid opinions. Here are the facts.

There is NOTHING, on Leonard's resume to suggest he could beat any Light Middle of a higher calibre than Kalule.

    Why?

    Because he fukking well DIDN'T.

We are well aware of the fact that there are people on this and other forums that believe the sun shines out of Leonard's ass, and he is all things to all people, to those fools, but facts and stats can't be ignored by anyone with a brain.

    Red.

Put the perverted freak on ignore. It is much more fun, because whenever you post he will follow you around like a sick puppy, and this wonderful little piece appears.

The numbers certainly do not lie. Leonard fought 2 world title fights at 154.

    Won 1, LOST 1.

Perhaps you might be able to get that message through to the other low life nut hugging Leonard fan boys like TRASH 12. However I very much doubt you could, seeing as you are in denial yourself about Leonard's derisory 154 career.

Other than a load of p!ss and wind you and the other fools have shown NOTHING other than to chant the moronic mantra " Leonard was an all time great, and Norris wasn't "

    Schoolgirl playground stuff.

Out of interest does Buster Douglas get elevated to ATG status because he totally humiliated and KO'd a guy many people consider to be just that?:roll:

Don't confuse the trolls with unpalatable truth and fact. They have their hero worship to back them up, and just like little girls, that is all they have. Notice how we are branded haters by these nonentities because we refuse to worship at the altar of Leonard, particularly as far as the 154 division is concerned.

The funniest part is NOT ONE of the freaks has ANYTHING to back up their assumptions that Leonard beats ANY 154 champion not named Kalule.

They are like those German morons that simply accepted anything Hitler told them about Jewish folks.

They endorse the old saying " it isn't who you beat that counts, rather it's when you beat them " with regards to Leonard v Norris, but run like rats from the same values when they are applied to Leonard v Hagler.

They are the sort that will hang Mayweather out to dry for his catch weight fight with Canelo, but give their little hero a free pass for the Lalonde, and Hearns 2 fights.

I can't talk for you, but I'd rather be branded a hater than a sheep.

Hmm, I don't remember anyone claiming that he was, or that it was prerequisite to beating someone who had no advantages over you, other than a reputation for fighting at a lower weight :roll::patsch.
