Look at this guy. He's 6'6" 250 pounds and super cut. I mean WTF is that? How is that real?

I could understand if he dedicated his career towards being as massive and lean as possible. But he doesn't. He trains for boxing. Which is extremely cardio intensive and does not lend itself to lifting heavy weights and then doing nothing and rest all day.

And he does this all on a 4,500 calorie diet? How? Manny Pacquiao went on a 7,000 calorie diet to bulk himself up to unnatural weight (for him) when he moved to Welterweight.

Klitsckho used steroids too and admitted it. Not really that surprising because again being that gigantic and that lean is bizarre. Joshua though is just taking it to a new level.

The muscles flexing on his chest are literally spelling out the word steroids.

Your first mistake is believing manny pacquaio had 7000 calories per day.... Pacquiao regularly weighed in on fight night in the early 140's.. when he was fighting at 130-135... he only had to gain a few lbs.... and even then when at welter he'd sometimes weigh in 145... he never went on 7000 calories per day he'd of just got fat. All he did was stop cutting weight and could eat alot more throughout camp.

4,500 is about right for a guy his size with all the training he'l do. Hasn't haye said he eats around 5000 when in training?

Is joshua on steroids? Probably. As are most top athletes.

You can't just assume a fighter is on steroids based on physique alone. Look at Toney, Teper etc, hardly the huge ripped physiques you'd expect from a doper.

But it wouldn't shock me at all if he is on steroids.

Makes me laugh when Americans accuse us when all there main sports stars across the board have been found out . My hero growing up was a very famous sprinter and long jumper from the US and it turned out he was doing a lance Armstrong.

How do you know Pacquiao wasn't consuming 7,000 calories a day. The Welterweight division was a very unnatural weight class for his body. He came up from Flyweight and grew into a natural Featherweight once he reached maturity.

Hell, how do we know when he was at 130-135 he wasn't gorging himself then too? We all saw once he moved to 130 that he didn't have the same capability to topple over people quite as easily because he wasn't as big for the weight class. I mean look at what happened to him against Morales. The bigger man, Morales was taking his punches like nobody else ever had. And was able to stop Pacquiao from walking forward when he landed.

4,500 seems low for a 250 pound man with all that cardio. And then he still has all that muscle even without doing the powerlifting. Nah, that is roids.

He's 250 pounds and cut like Ray Leonard. And doesn't do heavy weightlifting. Something does not add up here.

Because manny was always bigger than his opponents until 135.... he was cutting weight, he's been on record saying hes happy he no longer has to cut weight... his natural walking around weight is 145+... he was not eating 7000 calories per day trust me. If he was over eating at the lower weight classes he wouldn't weigh in at 130 then fight night be 144 would he... thats what is called a water cut... you cannot put on 14lbs in one night if you are 'gorging' yourself........

What do you mean? Joshua does do weights.... but yes he's probably on steroids like the rest of the top athletes are.

Actually Pacquiao was outweighed on fight night by Ledwaba. He only hydrated to 131 pounds. Against Julio he was 129. I think against Barrera he was 134 pounds. 7,000 calories seems believable to me since he was a Featherweight coming up in weight.

Joshua does do weights, but he's not doing heavy squats, deadlifts and benches.

But he was very young then and still naturally growing... he wasn't eating 7000 calories i assure you. He was cutting weight whilst still growing naturally... what weight was the ledwaba fight at? 122lb? and he weighed in 131... again showing you that at 23 he was in the 130's naturally so in the past 13 years he's put on 10lbs eating an apparent 7000 calories per day... think about it. You only need 3500 calories more than you burn per week to add a lb of weight...
so your saying a guy who weighs 9 stone needed 7000 calories, it makes no sense.

Once again lol yes he does, iv seen shows, probably ringside in the UK.. where he's benching and squating....

Putting his date into a calorie calculator, age 23 weighing 135 and extra active gives you a calorie count of 4000 to gain 2lbs of wieght per week..... so your telling me he almost doubled that and would be gaining around 4lbs per week lol. Ofcourse these calculators arent dead on and a generla guideline, everyone is different but in my experience there usually fairly close
