Let's be fair, past prime old RJJ gets knocked out cold. Old Mosely is more similiar to old Holyfield. An old ex champion who doesn't get knocked out and is a bit of a fringe contender going into their 40's, but too past it to beat a younger champion (ignoring Holyfield being robbed by Valuev).

I suspect Floyd would win somehow, better boxer than Mosley and adapts better but it would've been a damn good fight of the ages (not sure if it was ever possible). Prime Mosley was vicious at those lower weights. After getting rocked by Vernon Forrest, he wasn't the same.

 

Mayweather would've embarrassed Mosley even worse.
