You can be infuriated all you want. I go to a gym regularly, I am currently a member at LA Fitness and prior to that I worked out at the YMCA it's no big deal to pay $35 a month for a gym membership. Im not exaggerating or giving you some dumb story about a tall guy I know that has a decent shape and big arms. His body is 100% comparable to most of the guys body at my gym who've been regulars for years. Two of the trainers at my gym are body builders who have competitons regularly. I remember when I first began working out seriously which only lasted about half a year, however, I told my friend to give me two or three years and I'd be his size and he laughed it off saying that he doesn't have to work out. He'd always brag that people have to take steroids to get his size. Moral of the story is I go to the gym regularly I know what a decent body looks like, my boy jacked. Maybe I'll ask him to let me take a pic of him shirtless and hope that he doesn't think I'm being a complete wierdo.
All right, how about we settle on this: You create a throwaway reddit account and post that exact story about your 240lbs 6'4" pure muscle weed smoking couch potato friend on This content is protected . Can we give that a try? I give your account approximately 10-30min before it gets banned but why not challenge a body building board with your absolutely impossible garbage fiction story? You are 100% bull****ting and misleading everyone on here who doesn't workout (because they can't know).
Listen bro I don't know what your motive is or why you seem so passionate about making me out to be a liar but it is what it is. I'll do a quick search for him on Facebook I'm sure that he'll have plenty of pics if he has one. Then I'll post his link. But I'm sure that you'll tell me that there's no way that he doesn't work out all day long, he doesn't smoke weed, he doesn't eat want he wants, and all the other garbage that you spew.
dude relax, some guys just have crazy bodies genetically for real. I used to get accused of steroids often and I never used. there are white guys and black guys that have bodies just like AJ for real, they just aren't world class boxers. if you want to argue how rare it is then sure go ahead but there are exceptions to the rule imo.
Some guys just naturally work out without going to the gym, I had a friend who used to eat really good protein rich foods and just did work outside constantly so he was naturally very strong.
yes quite simply this, what mak s me laugh is when someone gets caught and other guys pile in not unlike Brock Lesner calling Jon Jones unprofessional or Serena having a pop at Sharapova it's so funny to listen to as they're all at it. As mentioned AJs tests will just dissapear, anyone who thinks AJ and Hearn have no influence should look at how AJ has ended up with the IBF belt, that was certainly sorted out before hand.
LOL, 4500 calories is a lot of intake you fool. Can easily get in 350g/day of protein with a diet like that, while keeping your fat intake to 15%-20% of your daily nutritional values. Stick to sitting on your couch and eating potato chips.
Then maybe you shouldn't comment? You have no idea what it's like to eat that many calories and put on lean muscle. Fat? LOL, fluctuate 12%-13% body fat at 190 pounds. I could literally lift you over my head and throw you. You're a midget. How cute.
But his FFMI is 26.1 with 25 being deemed the absolute maximum for anybody natural with fantastic genetics who does nothing but eat sleep & train... This number wasn't generated by people with bad genetics, it was studied... again 25 is seen as the maximum. Joshua is a boxer who does tonnes of cardio weight lifts on top of this and has a higher muscle/fat ratio than guys who do nothing but lift and have great genetics. Think logically.
I'm not midget. I'm 5'10" 8 percent bodyfat. And once again. Its not possible to look like Joshua naturally.
Ok pal. Whatever you say. :nut 8 percent my ass. If you had that much discipline you wouldn't be questioning the physique of other men so much. You're full of **** dude.
I'm at 8 percent. Its not really that hard to get low bodyfat. At all. It is however extremely difficult to attain extreme muscle mass. Being lean is all about eating right, working out, getting sleep, no drugs, no alcohol, no junk food, no smoking. Its really not that hard to get lean. It just takes discipline.
