True I guess. Smoking doesn't make you fat. But getting lean ain't hard at all. Its really easy.

Now getting jacked. That's hard to do.

Yeah, how hard depends on genetics of course, but if anyone thinks AJ is on bread and water i've got a bridge to sell them.

This is what bothers me in this thread. If you don't know what you're talking about, why comment? 6"6/6"7 all natural bodybuilders who compete are 265/270 lbs.

6"7 natural pro BB Aaron Reed:

Bodybuilders will always be heavier than professional athletes. AJ standing next to an all natural bodybuilder will look skinny and THIN! :deal

But the roids give him that extra weight and power so he can be 245-250.

How the FK can he look as you say and not work out and eat garbage ....Bull Shzit
I am over 40 and monitor everything I eat 5 days a weeks along with supplements and at least one or two good cycles a year, 6 weeks on and 8 weeks off, so to imply anyone can just not exercise and eat whatever and still look as you say is a modern mirical or pure BS
    Just my thoughts

Your thoughts are fine with me. He might work out occasionally but definitely not routinely and by that meaning not more than once a week and whatever working out he does do is calisthenics because he's not a member of a gym. I tried to find his Facebook but he doesn't have one. I did find a few of his jail mugshots but obviously that doesn't show his body.I'll make sure to get some pics of him the next time I run into him and I'll bump this thread when I do.
Also being over 40 doesn't mean too much. With today's advancements you can go from your average couch potato to looking great in less than 4 months with strict diet and exercise. Therefore, if you're doing everything that you say then you should be in incredible shape.

Also think why there is such a huge gap to his next fight....5 months is a big gap wouldnt you say?.....most probably because his on cycle now getting ready for late November fight....as Thomas hauser's brilliant article stated....most peds work with full effect AFTER you stop taking them for a while

I don't think Joshua is as skinny as Wilder.

Wilder can roid all he wants but he isn't getting legs the size of Joshua's.
