Joshua actually beats Bruno under every department, legs included Joshua is, right now, the most muscolar boxer there's ever been in history, it isn't debatable. Bruno was only 6'3''. Joshua is 3 inches taller, with a bigger frame And his BMI isn't attainable naturally, with that body fat percentage. It's scientific, it isn't possible even for someone who only practices strenght and hypertrophy. Much less for someone who does tons of cardio like Joshua
Then that makes the numbers even crazier. Packing that amount of muscle onto a six foot six inch frame at single digit bodyfat drug free is simply not possible. By anyone.
I am in very good shape but it still requires me to hit the gym hard four of seven days, eat cleaner than most and dedication with its hard when I travel but most gyms provide a free daily pass when I travel I have a pal who was runner up several times for MR GA (he is 46) now he is in excellent shape Thanks
That fcuker is 100% juicing his tits off. Get a clue. Natural bodybuilding shows are by and large a joke.
I knew there'd be a sht-tonne of idiots in this thread when I first started reading it, but the level of ignorance and naivete I've encountered still shocks me. Bottom line, and I don't care how many stories you give me of made up prison freaks who never work out and are jacked to the bone, if your FFMI exceeds 25 you're a straight up juicer. No exceptions. This upper limit already takes into account the genetically gifted minority, so the vast majority of individuals will never even get near this number no matter how hard they work out. Joshua's FFMI is 26.5. This has been repeated time and time again in this thread and received no response (probably because the posters arguing that Joshua is natural haven't got a clue what it means), but it's the absolute smoking gun in this debate. 26.5 In case you need a reminder of what that means it means NOT NATURAL. As for tests, they don't mean sht frankly, and will never catch him out so long as he's as well positioned as he is, so it's pointless to even bring them up.
