You guys are all doing it wrong, none of those measures are part of the International Standard of Units / SI system. A stone is a thing someone shouldn't throw in a glass house. A pound is a unit used to measure what Gennady Golovkin does to his opponents. You weigh things with kilograms.

yes as eddie hearn stated on twitter just after the fight was announced.. he was 178 and had already lost 8lbs.. and go back and look at the pictures posted on the same day of him at sheffield hallam university doing s & c. He isn't fat, this isn't ricky hatton

I'd say this indicates a Golovkin win will rank up there with Leonard over Hagler or Jones over Ruiz, similar cases where a fighter had to overcome a lopsided weight disparity. Except it will likely be even more impressive since "Triple G" won't run like Leonard nor will does he dope like Jones.

Yep and cause he's been so inactive he could walk around at 250 pounds if he wants but it doesn't change the fact that he only ever fought at Welterweight what he walks rounds at means nothing really?

Golovkin by knockout, no matter how much Brook weighs...........Golovkin's camp better look out for the criminal judges, boxing commission, referee, etc., won't need the judges though...........

I would say that is a false walk around weight as Brook puts on unnecessary weight when not fighting. If he wasn't pigging out he would probably walk around at about 165 - 170lbs so 154lbs really should be his division rather than really cutting down to 147lbs

    Keep dreaming and reaching
Trying to be little kell khan would never have fought ggg at 160 for what 2.5 mill that there is ***** ,not at a catchweight king 155 for 13 mill and the promoter making sure you take minimal punishment canelhoe jockeyed khan its was quiet visible

I think the OP was suggesting that the weight isnt going to be too bad as Brook walks around big. Brook doesnt walk aroud a good big if thats makes sense as he is always a bit chubby

So you have to be 6ft3 to be 13 stone?

If Fearon knows so little, why was he chosen to be a Sky Sports pundit on Toe to Toe?

    ESB experts(!) :rofl:rofl:rofl

From his pudgy face in the pictures it's obvious his natural weight is not 182 lbs. Sure he's a big welterweight, but regardless of what he weighs he's no true middleweight. Golovkin has an undisputed size advantage, even if the difference in natural weight and strength isn't quite as big as it was between Canelo and Khan.

Even if Kell put on 20 pounds of pure muscle in 3 years he'd still be smaller than GGG, I know most of this nonsense is for attention but I truly believe there's a good percentage of folks on this site that think Brook and GGG are comparable in size.
