Hearns still hit harder tho. Hearns hit harder at 154 than Hagler did at 160. Hagler's KO resume is built on skill, precision and a good hard punch. Holmes had a superb stoppage record all the way to Tex Cobb but was no big puncher. He simply accumulated damage and was a level or two above most of his opponents. Some of his fights being scheduled for longer than 10 rounds helped too.

 

That will be the same Barkley that the oh so hard hitting Middleweight version of Hearns couldn't stop in 2 attempts, whereas Benn did it in less than a round, will it?:roll:

You do know that KO'ing a reasonable opponent is largely about skill and precision, right? It's not just some unzip your jean scenario, show what you got packing and the other guy lays down, right?

 

I think Chris Eubank deserves to be on the list.

 

Who did Mugabi knock out at Middleweight to get on your list? Eubank was the more proven at 160lb.....

 

Yes he was unlucky to be around at.the same time as Hagler.without marv he takes a title don't know how long he keeps it ? But would be fun .
