How would you see this fantasy matchup going between two of the most popular British heavyweights? I think Bruno would be very dangerous for AJ early on especially if he can setup with the jab, which he was able to do vs excellent boxers such as Lennox Lewis. Ultimately I think it comes down to if Bruno shells up like he does sometimes when he gets hit, neither has the best chin and I think Bruno has the tools to outbox and hurt AJ as long as he doesn't get hit too much himself. Thoughts?
Bruno would be by far the best fighter he has faced, and he didn't knock Whyte or Breazele out with ease. Why do you think this?
Ease? A Prime Tyson took 5 rounds An undefeated 28 year old Lennox Lewis took 7 rounds A very good world champion Witherspoon took 11 rounds A good Bonecrusher Smith took 10 rounds. Bruno was finished by the time Tyson got him the second time. So, none of those fighters beat Bruno with "ease", in 1989 Tyson dropped Bruno inside the first minute but Bruno got up and rocked Tyson in the same round but Tyson got on top and finished him but it took him 5 rounds. This was a Tyson coming off a demolition job on Spinks. Bruno gave Lennox a very tough nights work up until the stoppage. Bruno gave Witherspoon a boxing lesson for 10 rounds and completely gassed and was stopped. Bruno gassed and was stopped against Bonecrusher too after winning the first 9 rounds. So to dismiss Bruno as a soft touch or that Joshua who let's remember was taken 7 rounds by Whyte and 7 rounds by Breazeale would blow him away is disrespectful to say the very least.
