I agree. If Joyce boxes in the same manner Jalolov picks him off with ease. Brilliant footwork. Joyce might have to stop him because I can't see him outboxing Jalolov on last night's showing. Real shame about the final fight. Didn't look to be a bad cut so not sure why the doc stopped it. Dychko was winning though.
Love how Joyce has been written off because of a 3 minute performance in which he stopped his opponent.
Ya its silly, he knew he's opponent wasn't great so he just went in there to smash him and make a statement ,you cant take nothing from that fight
I'm not writing him off. I'm stating that if he boxes in the same way he gets beat. He has to change his approach against Jalolov if he wants to progress. That's not writing him off, that's stating a near on fact. Joyce's opponent yesterday was awful, totally out of shape. Couldn't even do one round let alone three.
I know they both went out at the semi final stages of the world champs last year. Am fairly sure they haven't.
Must say he seems really really really lacking in technique for an Olympian. Think he gets sparked soon. Also can't see him doing much as a pro in fact even worse than an amateur.
