i've got a feeling canelo wants to fight golovkin. it's definitely oscar that is delaying the fight. he fears for his cash cow. canelo always took the risks, the best fights. it's goldenboy that are scared, not canelo.
The fight is gonna happen. The heat this dude gets has more to do with jealousy of the person/position in the game not "the fighter". Most of the heat is being pushed by former champions as well which is kund of surprising but not out of the realm of "I get it". (You didn't take care of your career during your prime)
I won't believe it until I see it. I was a big Canelo fan, but when you don't fight your mandatory...unless you're taking a money fight...you have to fight your mandatory and he didn't. I said ok he's fighting Khan, but he didn't make the GG fight...and it takes a lot from me to not like a fighter at all. Canelo has to prove to me that he is not scared of GG now. Because while most think that he eventually will, I'm trying to find out when the time is right to make the fight. Nobody else can elevate GG unless Jacobs fights him so it's not like they are building GG. GG became the mandatory and Canelo ducked him.
everything would have been more or less okish and acceptable until he called GGG in the ring and spitted out all that ****. from that point on there was no coming back for him..
The great JCC said in an interview that if a fighter really wants a fight his promoter can't stop it. He said Don King objected to some of his opponents and he basically told him too bad make the fight anyway. Canyellow wants nothing to do with GGG
Yep me too and I'll bet most on here were fans of his at some time,thing is the guy doesn't fight like a coward,he his entertaining and would gain so much respect if he fought Golovkin regardless of the result?
When Canelo started talking about "I don't give weight advantages" and "Who has he fought?"...I really started to suspect that the issue with making the fight is with Canelo himself and NOT Oscar.
You always bring up that phony ass weight class. It didn't matter what GGG agreed to he was never going through with the fight. He purposely made am offer that he knew GGG wouldn't agree to. If you can't see that you're just a GGG hater
it has been reported on tmz the mary golovkin the sister of GGG has refused this fight at a catchweight of 175 explaining she can barely make 120. Still drainelo insist the gauntlet has been thrown.
Canelo is to blame since he his the fighting man , not Hoya. If Canelo demanded it , he'd get it. 100%. They'll go after GGG when he gets old. In the mean time he'll be hoping he takes a loss
