Thanks, I managed to figure that out. That said, I tried it yesterday and it worked but when I tried it earlier on today it didn't. :good
For the love of God, I really hope they do look into corruption and try to end it once and for all. It's taken away a sense of enthusiasm for boxing. I don't enjoy pros as much as I used to. I had AIBAs to fall back on and now the widespread corruption puts a dark cloud on it all. This can only have a demotivating effect on the boxers - they fight to win and get gold. There was no corruption at the very start. It's not even hyperbole when we call it a 'joke'.
Oh ok. Speaking of Tischenko, doesn't 'enko' also denote a Ukrainian surname? Wouldn't that make both guys ethnic Ukrainians?
Nothing was working a few days ago, so I did a thread in the Suggestions and Requests Forum, and they had fixed it by the next day. Now I have to go back and fix quite a few of my threads.:dead
OK, cool. Actually it was yesterday it didn't work. The first time I tried it it worked, the second it didn't, and then it worked again the third time.
It was classy of Levit to tell the crowd to quieten down when Tischenko was about to receive the Gold in the ceremony. Tischenko seemed genuinely upset and knew he didn't win.
I didn't even notice that I was too ****ed off. I'm not a fan of Tischenko, but as much as that decision ****ed me off, I still couldn't help but feel a bit sorry for him getting booed like that.
Catching up on today's matches, prioritising the guys I'm most invested in. Almost every one so far has been, at best, borderline robbery with atrocious refereeing. Such a shame, there are many excellent, talented fighters here, but the competition is a shambles.
Having olympic boxing as a fallback when the pro's got too corrupt was a terrible decision on your part.
Same. Even if that was corruption rather than incompetence, it's unlikely he had any direct involvement. Maybe I'm naive, I dunno. Although, that said, Tischenko lost 3 matches here by my reckoning. Obviously this being the most clear.
Alan wasn't as impressive as he looked previously, I didn't think he fought to his strengths, but I had him winning a clear 2-1. Azerbeijani got a way with a lot though, a good few low blows and a TON of holding in the 2nd/3rd
