Yep, Mike sure could box, but he was no PBF. He like to mix it up, so I think we'd see a fair bit of good action.

 

Actually PBF is no Mc Callum.Mike is taller, better reach, better jab, more power than PBF.

Mike defeats Canelo easier than PBF.

 

McCallum all day. I don't see any Canelo advantage in skills, physicality or boxing IQ. Slight handspeed maybe?

 

What I meant was that McCallum wouldn't hit and run as much, that he would stay and trade more. It wasn't a judgement of quality, only of style.

 

And Mayweather was more elusive and a faster, even more precise counter-puncher. I think there's a good chance that Canelo wins more than the two rounds most people gave him against Mayweather.

I've seen nothing from Canelo that would suggest he would belong in the same ring with M.Mccallum. Especially a prime Mccallum. Mccallum big.

 

If Mike has a round or two off, that's the only way Canelo will win any rounds against McCallum.

 

Lesser fighters than Canelo have won rounds against Mike McCallum.
