any news on lewis ritson?

    anybody know whats happening with lewis ritson now? billy nelson was saying he 12 months from a british title shot but since he has split from billy i haven't heard anymore about him?:good

    is he due to fight soon and if so will it be an english title fight? surely if he was looking at these fights with billy then he must want to continue with that kind of progress?:good

    anyone know what he is doing?:good

    The rumour is Hearn turned down a fight between him and Ohara.

    i heard it was the other way around tbh, didn't billy mention that they were offered the fight but it was too short notice? that maybe wasn't the reason but I'm 99% sure it was lewis ritson that turned the fight down:good

    No he said it was the other way round mate, I would pick Ohara to beat Lewis, he is too big.

    Terry , Lewis was a welter in the ams and a ABA finalist and you think hes smaller than O'hara well no hes not, Lewis was promised O'Hara for the English title and it all went very silent afterwards, Lewis was more than happy to fight him.
    I think it would be a very good fight but one Lewis wins

    are you still in touch with lewis? do you know when he is fighting again? :good

    i would like to have seen the fight with ohara :good

    is it true that mhohamad babadezi (or however its spelt) has left you and moved to train with gary jacobs? i know we don't see eye to eye on most things but although gary was a good boxer i have been told his coaching isn't the best:good

    Sorry, I stand to be corrected but the TV screens are deceiving me Ohara looks massive at 140, check the interview after his last match.

    In honesty they are both about the same size... The truth is black people with similar build or size to White guys tend to look bigger.. This would be a good fight

    just to clarify I told mo to get a new manager and coach it was hard getting him fights as he simply can't sell tickets and refused plenty 50/50 fights down south.
    But good luck to him.

    I spoke to Gary at MGM and although he loves a story he is very knowledgeable.. He is also very good at passing that knowledge on.. I have heard only good things from the guys around him and the advice he was giving was spot on. He also doesn't take himself too serious we were having a laugh with him winding him up and he took it in good spirit and dished it back.. We need more characters like him in the game

    You seem to be unlucky with getting fighters to accept fights.. Credit to you that you would want them to fight anyone but a good few times this has happened.. I cant understand any fighter that turns down a 50/50 fight

    Why would I waste my time training fighters and earning **** all? Billy has to work a full time job alongside training because there isn't enough money in it.

    You realise you don't have to be a professional in the sport to have an opinion?
