Pretty clever I must say. Fury will keep his belts, no matter what happens in court. And Wlad's due date is quickly approaching, he can't spend two years in courts waiting for a fight.

After a couple of months in court, Wlad will probably have to accept whatever demands Fury puts on the table to change the contract they already signed.

Fury does seem to like being taken or taking people to court at the moment. He's taking UKAD to court, he has a NADP hearing over his doping and now Wlad is taking him to court.

Good to see Fury in some kind of battle even if it's just court room battles as I doubt we'll see him in the ring anytime soon.

Don't know if that's clever. He'll probably have to pay Wladimir a lot of money for contract breach. Pretty sure you can't get away with that.
Don't forget that Wlad can't fight and make money either until this is resolved.

    Fury vs Klitschko
    Wilder vs Povetkin
    Ward vs Kovalev
    Golovkin vs Canelo
    Brook vs Khan

The sweet science of litigation. Does everyone remember that classic fight when Pacquiao took Mayweather to court? It's probably still the greatest ever p4p litigation I've ever seen.

Such a great moment when Floyd clumsily lunged forward with those allegations of doping, and Pacquiao brutally KOd him with an epic counter request to see his own past testing records.

I'm not sure Fury even has a strategy.

My instincts tell me that Wladimir and his team are a lot more savvy and experienced in such matters than the likes of Fury and his 'advisors'.

Of course Fury probably does deserve a lot more money. But he's obviously been given bad advice for a long time, also he's been played by lazy promoters and broadcasters who promised huge revenues but don't have the belief, will and creativity to even attempt build the fight.

The first fight being a stinker doesn't help.

fury being a ducker with not another decent win on his ledger doesn't help either.

:huh Fury should just go beat the smaller, old guy like he said that he would and retire him for good. Then he can write his own cheque. Simple like a pimple.

Wlad is taking Fury to court , not the other way around.

Wlad is the one trying to win the battle in the court room:patsch:nut

Fury having a laugh, this proves the injury was faked for me. What is he playing at? He's acting like Deonkey now.
