Golovkin has won by KO'ing most of his subpar opponents, however these KOs were basically beat downs and his opponents were always able to get up after the 10 count. So far, Golovkin has never stopped his subpar opponents by knocking them out cold.

Spence on the other hand has left his opponents in dreamland after a KO. He knocks them out cold like he did Bundu, a fighter who has never previously been KO'ed.
The way he KO'ed Chris Algieri was actually frightening. I thought Spence had taken his head off.

Punch for punch, Spence's power is on another level compared to Golovkin.

Spence has great power no doubt about it. I expect him to stop Thurman if they ever fight.

Uhmm lol.. Ok well instead of comparing how devasting their knockouts look why don't you compare both of their opponents faces when they get hit. Every golovkin fight I have watched, he has his opponents faces grimacing in pain with each punch he lands. Spence.. Not so much

Thurman will use the ring and have even more movement against Spence than he showed against limited Porter.
Spence wears him down and KOs him in the championship rounds. :yep

How about we compare their body punch KOs. Didn't golovkin break macklins ribs? Has spence ever broken anyone's ribs ?

Didn't Golovkin hit Rosado so hard he turned into Marcos Maidana?

    Uh, No!

Golovkin does not possess the kind of power to stop Rosado.

no. spence hits hard, no doubt, but he gets more opportunities to land a ko punch because opponents are more willing to trade and less weary of his power than they are with ggg. but, spence is just entering his physical prime and wont be technically complete for another couple of years yet.
i would advice spence to train under an established trainer for his next fight. he will learn many things from the right trainer, things derrick james doesnt see. hes getting into the competition bracket where smaller things start to make bigger differences, and a world class trainer is a big factor.

You know, being that you said that, It reminded me of Kovalev, it's the same thing with him. There's no doubt that they both hit like mack trucks, it's just that they are not knocking people out cold. Bundi's ass went straight to sleep.

This is probably due to Spence focusing so much on the body and most of his KOs come from inside fighting. Spence is more accurate than Golovkin or Kovalev and his monster KOs come from landing bombs on his opponent's chin.

Spence KO's 41 year old man, Uppercut Artist thinks he's the Next Big Thing with power superior to GGG, whose KO'd his last 22 opponents many of them for the first time in their career, most far more proven at the world level than Bundu.

Somehow I have a feeling if GGG KO'd a Euro level 41 year old cold Uppercut Artist would be on here calling him an unproven hypejob who's cherry picking old Euro level fighters or a "tomato can crusher" and he isn't worth s***.:think
