    let's act like adults now

why dont you bring up lennard's resume, and how it dwarfs (0 defenses to Terry's 10) Terry's resume but whatever you do, dont bring up the fight between the two

It's what any SI journalist would do

That "half dead" version of Hagler would have had Norris for breakfast. Shame Norris never ventured out of his own weight class to fight someone bigger as Leonard did multiple times. Oh weight, Norris DID rise in weight. To fight Dana Rosenblatt who beat him.

yet another false claim in a long line of false claims with no backup

since ningstic speed >>> srl speed (Norris 120: srl 106)

and srl speed > non existant Hagler speed, then it is logical to assume that Terry Norris speed wins out over 1987 Hagler

your claim proves false yet again

It would prove too difficult for you to prove your latest claim and so I wont ask you to

besides, we both know that you cant

are you still crowing over a half dead Hagler? a meaningless victory

Hagler was all bite and no speed

    Whereas Norris had both

btw, those with the facts on their side need no consolation

    Norris 120

    srl 106

    comfort is for losers

and how do you spell consolation?

    "Norriscantmatchleonard'sresume "

Norris has 3 convincing victories over speedsters:

    S r Leonard UD 12 (120-106)

    Curry (tko 8)

    Mel Taylor (tko 4)

Leonard doesnt have the same attributes as Norris so he only has one which I call "barely a tko in the nick of time"

and two losses to speedsters, the two greatest speedsters of his time; Norris & Camacho

Leonard lasted longer than Curry & Mel but they gave a better account of themselves

more claims from sour g****s fans of the man who lost to Norris and cant even argue the score

leonard could never handle speed, that's why he lost

again, note the previous 11 yrs w/o a loss (until he met Norris)

    NOT just a coincidence :yep

As for Curry, he always lost to an elite, as good & talented as he was. His best previous foe was the inconsistent and offensively LACKING Marlon Starling (most noted for the Starling stomp)

    as for Taylor, who says?

    can you prove it?

    he was but 25

    He was holding a championship

and his only loss was a robbery vs Chavez 2 yrs earlier

I'm suppossed to believe some poster's sour g****s lies that he's "a shell"?

that only PROVES your sour g****s

In truth, mel's handspeed was as gr8 as ever

ps: THIS is THE WAY you deal with speed, something you will never see from srl

    Let's see.....

Does Willard get credit for beating an old Johnson?
Does Marciano get credit for beating an old Louis?
Does Holmes get credit for beating an old Ali?
    The list goes on forever.

Yet Norris gets credit for beating an old Leonard in the final fight of his career?

    Complete hogwash.

but the list does not include lennard just becuz you want it to

and the reason you want it to is to cover for lennard's weakness as a fighter

you're trying to fabricate an excuse for lennard but it's so obvious

the man was simply exposed by another speedster

and the truth is, lennard was only 34 and went 11 yrs w/o a loss

moreover, he won 12/12 against Duran (who says he was washed up)

He just didnt have the same success with Norris b/c rey doesnt have the experience with quicker, faster fighters

which is why i scored every round for Norris

so in reality, this fight was more like mayweather - cotto

except that rey could never achieve Floyd's success

Floyd won in one fight the same money it took rey's entire career to make!
