Has there ever been a more pencil-necked HW belt holder in the last 40 years? Look at the evidence: http://cf.c.ooyala.com/80YnRsdTrZ7mddGxBVGMkysMoyQ_bT6R/3Gduepif0T1UGY8H4xMDoxOjBzMTt2bJ https://8583b52b4a309671f69d-b436b8...chris-arreola-result_33942878_m.jpg?bg=8E6143 No wonder this guy can't take a punch. A KO waiting to happen.
i'm sure he does, he just has a lean lanky built, thin forearms, thin calves, thin neck... his neck would probably grow a inch or two if he packed some weight.
Oh I don't know his upper body isn't the problem, those legs are hilarious though, one guy commented on here that he thought that Wilder looked like he had Polio lol?
What are neck exercises? You mean his traps? They're pretty big as it is. There is no exercise that directly targets the neck. Deontay certainly deadlifts and shrugs in the gym. Can't do much more than that. Overhead press possibly.
Interesting. I haven't come across this exercise yet. I also highly doubt neck gains keep anyone from dropping in the ring but then, I don't box.
