wilder IMO beats byrd
he is longer /faster / hits way harder /

stylistacally a bad match up for byrd

byrd is being overated / he was a decent small heavy with awkward style / no power / decent defensively/
but he was only average in speed and that IMO wilder will catch him with something big at some point.

 

Povetkin is going to face Stiverne next. After poor Bermane has been obliterated, Wilder will volunteer for that Yeti - finding research mission in Antarctica, the duration of which is until Povetkin retires :hey

 

In my opinion a bad matchup for Wilder.

Wilder's good against mummies, stiffs and embalmed heavies with no movement or skills. He lands at will on these guys and granted, he has power and puts them away. Let him try windmilling against a talented slickster like Byrd, and he'll find out what getting picked apart is alll about.
