    Foreman and George Chuvalo both seem unaffected.

    Brandon Rios is going to have a rough road ahead of him.

    James Toney ain't the man he was. Amir Khan needs to be careful.

    Jermain Taylor is a high profile case, getting banjoed on numerous occasions seems to have permanently altered his personality.

    Also... Roger Mayweather. Barely coherent.

    Hopkins seems to have all his faculties in tact.

    He's walking around talking, eating and making millions from grinning on TV.
    Clearly his brain is totally dead but the body is still walking on it's own;

    CBD cannabis oil works wonders for those suffering from puglistic dementia.

    There's huge research going into the effects of CBD and brain related injuries.

    Ali and Roach ended up with traumatic Parkinson's, not pugilistic dementia.

    Norris also has Parkinson's.

    Bowe might have some dementia. I think Tubbs too. Benitez did. Bobby Chacon has it.

    Pugilistic dementia can lead to many things including Parkinsons disease.

    "Symptoms
    The condition, which occurs in athletes having suffered repetitive blows to the head, manifests as dementia, or declining mental ability, problems with memory, dizzy spells or lack of balance to the point of not being able to walk under one's own power for a short time and or Parkinsonism, or tremors and lack of coordination. It can also cause speech problems and an unsteady gait. Patients with DP may be prone to inappropriate or explosive behavior and may display pathological jealousy or paranoia."

    It's possible to have both, but pugilistic dementia typically refers to frontal lobe damage, while Parkinson's is cause by damage to the substancia nigra located in the cerebellum, in the back of the head.

    You quoted wiki. Here's a site about it that does not blanket wrap Traumatic Parkinson's with pugilistic dementia. The reason why guys like Roach and Norris are involved in training is because they aren't demented, they had issues with dopamine production.

    Toney reportedly has a shrunken pituitary gland which can be caused by trauma. That would cause low testosterone.
