Why can't you answer my question first?

Because I'm questioning the very premise of your question.

Only counts if you can land the shots. Imagine the punch from somebody like Lasha Talakhadze, 350lb 6'5" Olympic weight lifting champ and world record clean and jerk @ 260kg holder. But you have to land it first.

Being able to lift a very heavy weight does not mean you hit very hard. Landing with speed with the full weight of the body behind it makes for a devestating punch.

And the shoulder snap. Most slept on aspect of punching.

There is no premise. I am asking for you to name a few fighters who when in the later part of their career gained some sort of benefit in the ring as a direct result of a change in nutrition, lifestyle, etc.

You're asking for me to name fighters who had an increase in older age (implying that there aren't) which contradicts what you said that fighters can see a change during the later part of their career by changing nutrition, lifestyle, routine, etc

I may have misunderstood what you meant when you wrote:

My question to you is who are all these heavyweights who saw increased stamina, speed, and power while in their 30s and 40s?

Chances are a guy like him won't have technique but I bet he would demolish walls with his best shot, just like a 500lb gorilla would.
