Why do you keep saying "free handout"?? The only "free handouts" GGG has recieved is from other fighters paying him step aside money NOT to fight him, and from Canelo, who gave up his belt for free.

Canelo stopped being the A-side when he gave up the belt. GGG needed a dancing partner to break into being a PPV star but Canelo's own lustre has diminshed in 2016 also with Mexicans turning their backs on him. I do not think Canelo is the next big thing anymore personally. GGG backed him into a corner and Canelo wilted. 3 bad moves for Canelo 'ruined' him this year. Fighting Khan - p*ssy and bully move. Dumping the WBC belt - pure p*ssy move. Fighting Liam Smith - desperate attempt to stay away from GGG. Fight is on free TV. Lowest purse for years.
Canelo is A-side because of the history of A-Side opponents he's faced. Little g is B-side because of the gaggle of C & B side opponents he's faced. Someone said, You are what you eat. Canelo's been eating steak and Lobster while Little g gorges himself repeatedly on his favorite meal, SPAM. Basic pugilism common sense.
A fight happens when two fighters are ready to get into the ring. No fight can be made if one fighter doesn't want it. the A-side or the B-side can stop a fight from happening. That's pretty irrelevant. I don't know why people are regurgitating this A-side **** anyway. It's clear that Canelo doesn't have the A-side advantages Pacquiao and Mayweather had. He can stick to dictating ring size and gloves if he wants but he can't corruptly influence the sanctioning bodies past his one corrupt judge.
