Gennady Golovkins Weight Bar

I know the bars are custom made by Sanchez, but does anyone know where I can get something similar to the weight bar he uses for his strength sessions?

Looking to start doing them myself.

You could just hold 2 dumbbells in the forearm position.. but apparently these are custom made..


They say the Foreman power comes from the forearm..

 

I couldn't even watch this all the way through. GGG looks like a machine that never stops meanwhile I got tired just watching 1 minute of it.

 

I went ahead and ordered weight bars similar to this on Amazon, they're a bit longer but should have the same effect.

They're working pretty good been using them for a while now. Boxing specific weights for power.
