Drew is kicking CST from pillar to post here. Destroying him with logic and facts. Left right and centre.

Good point, and should be addressed, Pinoy?

Really? I find it quite hilarious that I've sent this old coot so far off his rocker, with so little effort. I've made one of the nicest, most civil and mature guys on the site into snitty hyperventilating crybaby.

I put little to no effort into the argument because I genuinely don't care, I don't care what his reasoning is or isn't, the fact is he's got four wins less than Pinoy, yet is constantly one win away from toppling him, because of his missed picks is unfair. Maybe he would be in 2nd or 1st place this year regardless, and maybe he'd have an unassailable lead at this point had I not called his ass out months ago for missing so many matches.

Kind of like you having four more wins than STB yet are so far behind him it'll take you the rest of the year to catch him, that's not fair is it?

    Here's 2015.....

    (-) 9. Drew101 257-83 (125 KO) CAN 2014 Champion #10 P4P All Time
    (-) 10. kirk 226-54 (100 KO) USA 2013 Champion
    (-) 11. Robney 262-94 (136 KO) NED #7 P4P All Time
    (-) 12. CST80 266-102 (134 KO) USA Unified
    WBK CHAMPION NEW PEOPLES CHAMPION

Do you think I'd have made some of the insane picks I made last year in the last four or five months of the year if I thought I had any chance of catching Drew? It changed the way I played the game, its really frustrating when you have at time 10, 11 or 12 more wins than someone yet he has an unassailable lead because of missed picks.

There were 368 matches last year.
Drew got in exactly 340 picks.

He missed 28 matches, maybe he'd have won half of them, or more than half of them, and maybe I wouldn't have not picked as recklessly as I did in an effort to go all out to catch him when I had more wins to begin with, it was completely futile at that point for me to even continue trying.

Clearly sometimes missing picks is beneficial in the long run for some people.

He isn't doing that bad this year, but had I not pointed it out 3 or 4 months ago, who knows how many he'd have missed by now.

Maybe he'd have an unassailable lead on Pinoy and UTF by now, and the game would be all but over, wouldn't that be fun?

You made the Arroyo pick, you lost, everyone made their picks, most lost, two or three of us didn't, get over it.

That pick was decisive, the Inoue matches were not, no one chose anyone but the Inoue brothers, it wouldn't effect the standings in the least.

Yes I made the Arroyo pick,

I didn't lose, what did I lose? I got a loss to my record.

I'm more interested in finding out what principles Pinoy uses to decide which fights should count or not.

Yes most everyone chose the Inoue's, but that's not why they didn't count...

They didn't count because the site was shut down, whilst the Arroyo fight counted even though the site was also shut down the night before.

    I thought this was America?

I don't have a problem with it either, that was a heroic pick and W from you guys. I bow down.

Its more about the brain in charge and how he processes information.

Nor have I. I went for Arroyo, and got the pick in a few days early for a change, only for Arroyo to get beat. It happens; I'm reasonably gracious, have nothing to complain about, so can take the loss and move on.

At least there is now no real excuse for missing the midweek / early morning picks, what with those bouts now being clearly highlighted in a fetching shade of Lavender.

Haha, yes it is! It's instantly noticable too, whenever you find yourself looking down the list of fights. :applaudit:
