Well if Mw is on life support why come Canelo and Cotto refused to fight even ONCE at 160, take on their mandatory or unify?

    I could have, but I didn't.
At this point in time, there is simply no way in hell the MW division matches the vitality and potential of the HW division.

Haye is just looking to extract some money from the division while he still can. There really isn't any difference between Haye and Briggs motives. In this case they are peas in a pod. Haye should stop pulling a GGG and stand up to face Briggs once and for all. If he dispatches Briggs, then other big fights may come his way.
I'd like to see Haye against Briggs, and then if he wins against #8 ranked Bryant Jennings.

Are you for real with this irrelevant question?
Why should either Canelo or Cotto go to 160 when neither intends to be a MW?
Cotto already had the belt and never stated or intended to fight at 160.
Both Canelo and Cotto did the exact right thing to fight at 154 and earn 10x more than Golovkin's highest paid bout.

I was hoping for a reply with a bit more substance than that, let's hear why you think CST is wrong.

Like who? We don't know that, this HW division is in a giant transition and we simply don't know yet how good (or bad) it is.

    * Wilder might well be a chinny fluke who will could disappear like Michael Grant or Bruce Seldon did.
    * Same with AJ, although I have higher hopes for him.
    * Fury is a suspected PED fraud at the moment who migth well get suspended for an extended period of time.
    * Povetkin barely escapted being banned for PEDs.
    * Ortiz is 37 and hasn't really beaten anyone considering his age.

So where is all this deep talent? All these guys are barely contenders who have to prove themselves.

    Do you follow this spor
    Do you follow this sport?

Wilder has far exceeded anything Grant or Seldon have achieved. I see absolutely no comparison between the fast, powerful, and witty Wilder to the slow, dull and witless Grant.
Why you have higher hopes for AJ over Wilder is just your personal hope, based on nothing but sentiment.
AJ is a talent, but 37-0-0 with 36 KO Wilder is in a different orbit and will knock AJ out when they meet. Wilder-Fury will be a great match up and will be a HUGE event. Bigger than any Vlad fight.

Fury is a wild card. His fight with Vlad was one of most dull fights I've seen in my life, but Fury dethroned the long time drug user, Vlad, so he is the world's champion.

The HW division is not only alive and well, but developing into the elite division that all boxing fans longed for during the boring Vlad era.

HW division offers excitement, not quality.Casual fans who buy into mainstream hype who also DKSAB usually confuse those two words with one another.
