"Six months later, Schaaf fought the huge (250 lbs+) Primo Carnera, and suffered a knockout loss in the 13th round of 15. He fell into a coma, and was rushed to the hospital to undergo surgery. He died on Valentine's Day."

You just mocked him as a fighter.

And now, you're acting like I insulted him because I brought him up as a factual example to expose your dumb **** fallacies? You're lower than scum.

It illustrates head to head match up as the measurement of fighters from different eras greatness.

it is you who seems to believe you are the "oracle" with this post, more or less varifying such. You are also claiming to be some kind of `mindreader` by saying you don't believe and neither does anyone else.. have you consulted all others in question?

Head 2 head is one persons opinion, which will differ from another persons opinion. So it is meaningless and fanciful at best. Cold hard statistics and facts are what matters.

You're not attributing Schaaf's death to Carnera I hope?

No I read the posts of those that could be bothered to reply including the one that said, "you're full of shyte"!
That isn't a primary source it's an obscure hack making a by line.lol.
Have you in any autobiography of Dempsey,[he wrote 2,plus an instruction manual that can be read on-line]or any biography,[there are several] seen his left hook referred to as his "Mary Ann", if so, produce the title and author. You might be some self styled expert among your pals ,the," one -eyed man in the kingdom of the blind ,"but Mate you're full of it,and the low man on the totem pole on this forum.
Are you going to correct your Trivia question?

Well it was you who introduced Schaaf's name into the mix, which implied you were saying his demise was down to Carnera ,you can't have it both ways. Mentioning him ,then taking the high moral ground.

Schaaf's death was due to the Carnera fight definitely.
But the punch was not a hard one. Schaaf was fatigued and he went down in round 15 and it was the impact of his head on the hard ring floor that done him in. He'd suffered an influenza virus shortly before the fight and that would have weakened him and made his brain more vulnerable too.
