I had him winning 3 to 1 and I love GGG. Brook is a great boxer. He just didn't have the physical strength to beat GGG.

True, I was not Froch's biggest fan...but I could see him and GGG standing in the middle trading bombs, and GGG going down - especially as even Brook hurt him a few times.

I think Ward would win a dull fight but i dont think it is that cut and dried

GGG makes everything look very simple and sometimes that gives the impression he can be beat

As for Brook i would love him to have the desire to make 147 again but there is no point becauze the likes of Garcia and Khan want no part of it

I think thurman would want ir but haymon would stamp all over that

Not sure how i feel about the fight tonight cause i been boozing, ultimately it dont tell us much

Still think brook beats everyone at 147 except maybe Spence who looks the goods but we dont know for sure

Good big guy beats good little guy. I don't see where Kell was damaged to the point
that his corner needed to stop the fight but it's his corner and his eye. All praises
to Kell however, showed his mettle

Ward would dominate Golovkin, wouldn't even be close

Not a chance Canelo fights Brook. That's a duck if ever there was one.

He wasn't surviving effectively, he looked a bit "out of it". E.g. he wasn't throwing back, he stood on the ropes, he wasn't trying to hold/clinch. Sure, it's a minute of negativity but it looked clear to me that he's beaten.

For the record, I agree, it was stopped too early still. Should have been allowed to went on a bit further and avoid any controversary but I firmly believe he was getting stopped shortly thereafter anyway either by the ref or KO'd.

I don't know why everyone talks about Ward.
    Ward's a solid 168 - 175 pounder, Golovkin is 160.
Goolvkin is the best middleweight in the world. Name someone at his weight who would beat him.

Who the hell has Ward beat lately anyway?

The point is there will be fights where GGG lands twice as many punches but doesn't happen to break the orbital.

IMO, the way that boxing should deal with situations like this in the future is for the ref to administer a standing 8 count. A point deduction would naturally would be the penalty and it would give the fighter, his corner and the ref a chance to determine if the fighter can continue or not.

Johnny Nelson hinted on seconds out that kell was on another level to Smith in sparring by the way.

I can see HBO wanting kell in big fights by the way. They would have loved that performance

A ww touched ggg up whose best win was porter let that sink in. Ward is all wrong for ggg and you already know this you're just a wishful thinker you just want ward to be done. Ward is too fast of both hand and foot for ggg he will beat him to the punch on the outside bully him on the inside smother his power and beat him up there. There's a reason why ggg wanted to fight ward at 164 and not 168 wake up!

Froch was much slower and less slick than Brook though.
