Nelson just said that post fight, said Brook showed the blue-print to beat GGG showing his slickness and a Mayweather type fighter would beat him. Thoughts?

    Nope.

GGG would destroy Mayweather in a frightening way. Floyd would get killed.

That fight was always a mismatch, including if Floyd was in his prime.

    Bad match up for Floyd.

Nelson once said Danny Williams would beat Vitali.

Easy work. GGG has never fought anyone with a pulse.

Not at 160 - he'd just be too big. At 154? Yes, handsomely.

What does he have to lose then? Why face Berto instead of moving up and facing GGG at 160? Floyd isn't the fighter he was years ago, I think GGG's pressure would get to him eventually.

154 it would be a complete shut out. GGG would look so silly.

GGG would sloppily KO Floyd, which is precisely what he would need to do to win.

GGG is way too basic for Floyd. The only person that can answer that is floyd, you can say the same thing about Khan, Thurman, etc. WHy did he pick Berto over them? Maybe it's because he fought countless elite opposition and wanted to go out with an easy one, while GGG has fought Berto level opposition his whole career.

Maidana is basic as hell for Floyd too... But he gave him tough fights because Floyd has slowed down considerably. I could see Floyd bagging some of the early rounds against GGG, but eventually the pressure would be too much for him to deal with.

GGG hasn't ducked anyone at his own weight class, on the contrary he's the one who's been ducked.

If Floyd is to come out of retirement... Can we at least agree that this is the fight he should look for? There's nothing for him at WW-JMW

Maidana threw 100000 rabbit punches, and fought dirty as hell against Floyd. GGG doesn't fight like Maidana does at all. At 160 it's a toss up for me since GGG's size not pressure could be too much for him, at 154 Floyd makes easy work out of GGG. If they were the same size GGG would get completely humiliated. GGG is overrated by a certain demographic, but most of us see him for what he really is. There's a reason why GGG wnated absolutely no part of andre ward. He would have looked like a complete amateur.

I find it funny how you say if floyd comes out of retirement that we should agree that this is the fight he should look for. You're so worried about ATG, 4 weight class champ floyd with elite names on his resume, but you don't care about what GGG should be looking for LOL.
