Even the biggest GGG cannot deny the flaws. Any fighter that doesn't move there head is flawed.

He arguably won multiple rounds after his vision was impaired. Joe Frazier's vision was impaired in both eyes and he literally begged to continue. I'm not saying I think that's the way they should fight, but Brook was clearly capable of sharp, accurate and powerful punching, as well as decent enough defence, in spite of his eye.

It pissed me off more. I just can't imagine it myself. Yeah, it's easy to say sitting at home, but this might ironically give it more legitimacy. I don't and can't have the commitment to put myself through what these fighters do. They put themselves through hell and sacrifice a lot just to make it to that ring. So if someone like me feels they'd want to keep fightting, even though I know nothing of those troubles, I can't imagine being pulled from a fight like that. Your hands are up, your legs are there, you're dodging punches and you're physically capable of throwing back. You can win this.

When will people like you realize that you don't have to hurt anyone in order to put on a clinic or to win a fight? How many people did pea Whitaker hurt?

Have to agree here. Ward would beat him at any weight.

"Just shows their mindset" That ought to be the mindset of any trainer or boxer capable of self-reflection. Tell me. Who has GGG ducked? Jacobs, Saunders, and Canelo are the ones doing the ducking. Yeah GGG isn't perfect, he has flaws.... But at the end of the day he's a great fighter whether you like it or not. You don't seem to have any qualms about the very obvious technical flaws Wilder has... Wonder why that is?

Even so, Brooks corner would rightly have their fighter's health as the main priority.

What I saw is GGG quickly found the limit of Brook in round one but didn't finish him and was just playing with Brook. GGG was going to knockout Brook in round 6, but basically Brooks corner decided to save Brook's health which is good.

Then tell him he should pick up a nice job in an office and not risk the possibility of brain damage every single time he wants to provide for his family. Boxing is a selfish sport and has massive amounts of health risks. You won't find a boxer in the world who wouldn't trade their health later in life to have the same legacy as Muhammad Ali in that ring. They trade their health for the sole purpose of chasing their dream. I can't respect not allowing a fighter that possibility.

Sometimes, a fighter has just one moment to become a legend. Even if Brook went down, lost the next 7 rounds, whatever. He would still have that ONE opportunity to land that one punch to put him in the history books. That's why these guys fight, and I hate to see it taken away from them like that (whether the fighter protested or not).

My dad got a cricket ball to the eye, a 5 and a 1/4 ounce piece of round leather, it collapsed the lower part of the eye socket which drops the eye slightly. To this day his right eye is a a fraction of an inch lower but he still sees double when focusing. It doesn't take much to change the angles of vision and when that happens you don't have 20/20. Its speculation whether this happened to Brook but, from the way he was pawing at his eye, you could tell something was wrong. Either way it was enough for the towel. Given a bit more luck it might have been a true classic. However from the 2nd round, where IMO Brook put a few good ones on GGG, the Khasak turned it on and really hurt him. Maybe a number 2 in the future? Either way boxing is ****ing crippled because playboy boxers want 0s rather than making history. TBH it could be promoters and the money behind them. GGG ain't that good. He duks and weaves ights he (or his promoters) doesnt like. He will be beat. But he's a damn good boxer with a bite to every punch. Brook will fight again. Let's hope other champs show his kind of heart and take him, and other risky fights, on.

Ducked Ward and stop deflecting on other ****. Lara would've been a more competitive fight than what we just saw. They were desperate. No fighter is perfect. ggg better fight Jacob's next.

Probably not at 160, doubt Ward could even make it.

Jacobs, the guy who got KO'd by Pirog in 4 rounds and knocked down by Sergio Mora of all people? He's not your guy, trust me.

It's the corner's job to protect the fighter. They balance risk vs reward and think about the longer term..

You may hate to see opportunities be taken from fighters but other people hate to see fighters get seriously injured and killed. I'm sure many fighters and their families would be happy if their corner stopped them ending up like some of the tragic cases in boxing history. These guys are not just fighters, they are husbands, fathers, sons etc.

I understand that, it's just some haters just love to post that Ward will KO. He is technically perfect fighter but with no power.

At the same time when will people like you realize that GGG will be a totally different fighter compared to what you saw him in any fight before, he will show his full potential. Both fighters have awesome IQ, Ward technically a bit better but GGG has the power. Ward is hitable and GGG will land more than previous Wards opponents. I think that GGG has all chances to win Ward and I think that the fight will happen.
