GGG was far too tough for Brook

GGG didn't play any games. He had a shocking lack of respect for Brook. All he did was walk right through Brooks best and hardest punch over and over.

    **** defense when you're a terminator. Damn.

At least Lemieux made GGG box and move and get behind the jab. Brook had nothing to offer.

Brook outweighed Golovkin and he wasn't fat.

But GGG does have the bigger skeletal frame.

But GGG is not a big MW and Brook is pretty huge for a WW.

Ggg is the bigger man not only that it was Brooks first fight at mw. Ggg is used to mw.

Of course he's the bigger man. But he's not that much bigger. Golovkin is definitely the better fighter and he proved it tonight.

If brook was a natural mw ggg would have lost he was being outboxed.

No he wouldn't if he was a natural MW. GGG didn't even open his bag of tricks. He didn't feint, he didn't counter, he didn't set traps. All he did was eat Brooks best punch and then take him out.

You can't lose a fight if you physically break the other guy in half. I mean just destroy the other guy and you win. Golovkin knows that. Why complicate the gameplan?

kell is most likely a true Jr. Middleweght fighting as a Welterweight. He said he doesn't expect to return to WW.

Damn good fighter who held his own until the MW level caught up to him.

No shame in his game !!!

GGG did what he was supposed to do !

GGG will destroy Culeno...at this juncture I would even give Kell even odds vs Culeno and Cotto !!!

GGG is a true MW Champ and Kell is a damn good fighter ...I won't compare them to previous champs as they are who they are today !!!

Lmao @ This thread. This fight was a joke when it was first sign. Now the fight itself I knew this fight would end by a stoppage but I didn't expect this terrible, horrible stoppage by brook's trainer who should be fired but brook won't do it cause he knows that trainer since he was under 10 years old. I understand brook was in trouble in round 5 but brook wasn't close of being stop at all. Brook wasn't even close of going down. It was an even fight cause I had 2 rounds apiece going to the 5th round. But again that trainer of brook should be fired. I mean this was brook biggest fight in his career and who knows what will happen if the fight continue cause yeah brook was in trouble but he wasn't badly in trouble.

And scarecrow you crazy because you talk like ggg was winning way too easy when in fact that's not even true. Brook clearly won rounds 2 and 3 landed better shots, better combination. It was just a terrible stoppage by brook's trainer who should be fired.

Better shots? Lol Golovkin's shots hurt Brook so much that his trainer had to stop the fight. Brook went to the hospital.

Alot of fighters have gone to the hospital after the fight rather it's a win or a lose smh. That comment you just post is very weak. Did brook look like he was close to being stopped by the refs before his trainer threw in the towel? yes or no

Yes that's why his trainer threw in the towel. GGG broke his face.

Brook is a career welterweight wtf do you expect?

Unlike Lemieux, Brook actually had some success offensively.

GGG didn't impress me at all in that fight. He was fighting desperate because he was acutely aware that he couldn't outbox Brook. Contrary to his statements, he was feeling Brooks punches and the damaging of Brooks eye socket saved him from a long night and quite possibly his first loss.
