i think it's you that needs to watch more mate, kell was losing 3-1 in rounds but more importantly it was the manner in which he was losing the rounds.
Dominic done the correct thing although kell was dabbing at the eye very early on, it was simply a good big guy beat a good wee guy, nothing more nothing less

You have your opinion, and I have mine. I felt brook was ahead and you don't, no need to get defensive kid.

I don't understand why the Doctor wasn't called in if it happened in round 2. Ingle has been hung out to dry standing on the apron taking an age to get the refs attention. Surely ref can be called in between rounds take a look and go from there instead we have GGG unloading and Ingle stepping in to save Kell from a knock out or a sustained beating then saying the eye which looked nasty.

In a small fight with less experienced trainers yeah I can see that happening but not Ingle and on a ppv show. How Kell was ahead is just plain wrong

have you seen the stats m8

boxing is subjective and depends what u like but when a man is walking someone down and throwing more punches I can't make a case other than round 2. I was at the fight so didn't know that Brook was winning until this morning and was speechless

Totally agree. I knew this would happen that he would try for a couple of rounds then it would be over unless he really ran and clinched then it would have gone a bit longer. The commentary made casuals think brook did better than he actually did. When he sparred Liam Smith he was eating shots for fun. Wasn't as competitive for me as many are saying

GGG clearly won every round. It was a one sided beat down that has put Brook in hospital and not even remotely close.

I was very shocked when I heard they had Brook winning. I had it 3-1 Golovkin but I am now a fan of Brook could never take to him as a person or a fighter before because of his lack of tests but my respect has gone through the roof now.

I think it could have gone either way had they been naturally same weight but as it was most thought beforehand Brook was never going to keep GGG at bay for the whole fight. He was wobbled badly in the 1st and would have been stopped by 7th had it carried on even without an eye injury I think.

    25% of the completed rounds isn't nit-picking, it's significant.

I had it 2-2 going into the 5th.

    Golvokin rds 1 and 4
Brook rds 2 and thought he just edged 3

Wouldn't surprise me if the Ingles, and kell, had bet money on themselves to lose in the 5th.....its possible....O'Sullivan did it against Eubank jr on the josua card

It was competitive. You could have had either guy ahead. I had Golovkin ahead.

Okay, firstly a little off topic but I was there and having GGG quiet a stadium of 95 percent casuals was the best thing ever. He can shag my bird any day

Secondly, I had it evens going into the 5th. Re-watched the fight this morning and I changed it to 3-1 GGG. The crowd really do influence you I have to admit. GGG looked happy to just walk through the counters and pile it on Kell which - though didn't look great - got the job done.

Brook was battered - anything else irrelevant including the corrupt scorecards.

Thanks for recognising the flaw in the methodological paradigm cited in the above post...
