If Brook would've fought Canelo @ 155 lbs instead of GGG? How this fight would've played out ?

I think he would have got KTFO in round 8 instead of round 5.

Canelo is a beast and could fight... never count him out no matter how big a GGGOON you are.

Would have been a much longer fight imo and a pretty even one. Canelo doesn't hit anywhere near as hard as Golovkin and he isn't as good a boxer. He never really looked like stopping Cotto. I think Kell would have had more success keeping Canelo on the end of his jab, I think Kell would have gotten the decision in England.

That's what I think about it. In UK Brook would've got the nod.

Excellent fight, leaning towards Canelo on points.

Brook at 154 is an excellent edition to the division.

Lmfao @ ppl think it would be an even fight lol. Canelo would destroy Brook badly and wouldn't need brook trainer to stop the fight cause canelo would ko brook with out of no where shot like the way he ko khan when khan didn't see the punch. Brook if he doesn't run way too much around the ring like khan did vs canelo? Brook won't see the 5th round guarantee.

LMFAO @ even fight. Shocker a ggg fan think it would be an even fight to try and make it like ggg beat a great fighter without any advantage like moving up 2 weight class. Anybody with a brain knows if brook fighting style vs ggg was the same vs canelo? Brook won't see the 5th round I would've bet all my money on that.

Brook would give Canelo some trouble. I do though think Canelo is a really durable guy. I think he can take a shot and duke it out at 154lbs.

    That would be a classic.

Canello is highly technical, he has great combinations and pretty fast hands. Although he's a plodder he'd time and work brooks body for an eventual stoppage around the same time that GGG stopped him. The difference would be that Canelo would be methodical and calculated in setting up the knockout blow whereas GGG was reckless and predictable in his offense.

It'd be a great fight. Canelo on points in America, Brook on points or pathetic english stoppage if it took place in England. I think might be pretty similar to Canelo-Cotto. Hell, Brook-Cotto would be interesting too.
