This whole defeated 23 champions doesn't mean ****. There are FIVE major belts now! There is no way in hell you could tell me that Hearns or Duran and Chavez or any of those guys wouldn't have beaten just as many or more with all the weight classes they went through if they had those many belts back then.

Clearly one of the best ever and probably the finest ever super featherweight and junior welterweight in the history of boxing.

Who did he beat at 130? His only notable wins are Diego Corrales and an old Hernandez.

His only notable win at 140 is a shot Gatti.

    Come on man.

He dismantled Perennial contender Manfredy, beat Future world champions Hernandez, and chavez.

At 140 he beat former champion Corley.. Demarcus was no pushover at that time.

    That's pretty good imo.

I wouldn't say that Floyd Mayweather is the best ever but I will say that he takes a back seat to no fighter.

Ok but it's not like he's got Aaron Pryor or Roberto Duran on the resume.

And that's the type of guys you need for top 5.

NO I don't. How far would he have got without The NSAC, USADA & VEGAS boxing officials help????
After IV gate it appears he was also cheating all along. In my book he doesn't qualify

Hernandez, JLC, Mosley, Hatton, Canelo, Cotto. Oscar was a good win as he was looked at probably the Jr. MW at that time. Baldomir was actually the champ at 147 when he beat him.
