I don't want to see another Canelo vs GGG thread, unless GGG makes some concessions.

Canelo is a big 154lber but the whole division has big 154lbers and Canelo don't need to give up so much size to fight Golovkin. A big 154 is not a 160 fighter. P4P Canelo would wreck GGG but h2h is another story.

GGG should fight real middleweights and should stop ducking Eubank Jr, I'm sick of him picking on smaller guys and Canelo will give up huge height, reach and weight fighting GGG, we have divisions for a reason.

GGG will give up a little size for once fighting Young Christopher.

CEJ is bigger, stronger and an A level athlete. Will GGG ever grow a pair and take a hard fight?

Canelo is not a big 154lber he is in fact a mw draining down to 154. GGG is not a big mw. The fight is a fair fight.

I have a bridge to sell you?

Canelo is short of course he looks stocky, if you stretched him out he would be super thin @ 160

    So you make another one.

Canelo is too big for Light Middleweight and staying there will become detrimental to his health. End Of Story.

Eubank Jr. is a coward, he strung him along and eventually ducked Golovkin. End Of Story.

You're an Intellectually Dishonest Propagandist. End Of Story.

What is this suppose to mean? who is a big middle weight to compare this to?
I don't see any guys draining to 160 but need to fight at 168 or 175. Golovkin is not Pacquiao or anything and he was bigger than Curtis Stevens who is a 160 fighter at 5'7".

“About the weight, we’re going to decide. Right now the way I feel, this is probably my last fight at 154,” he said. “I’ll fight the best, all the best champions at 160.” - Canelo Alvarez

Well no arguing that. He spoke it and it's his bond. But who is weak enough for him to duck and dodge until September 2017. He should fight this guy for comparison plus it would be in house to save $$$.

Quillin and Murray are big at 160. Lemieux has trouble making 160 but I'm not sure if that's because of an ineffective training camp or motivation. regardless there are MW's out there larger than GGG.

I personally rank GGG as an average MW.

Murray is a massive middleweight no doubt but he's the same size as GGG just a hair taller, do a google image search if you don't believe me

Lemieux just loves pudding, Quillin is a very big middleweight for sure probably a little bigger than GGG

Canelo cuts an absurd amount of weight to make 154. Liam Smith is actually considered to be big (but not obscenely big) for that weight class and compare him to Canelo.

GGG actually is average to small for his weight class.

How in the hell is GGG ducking CEJ? Why would he even duck him? You do know that he isn't that good in the first place, right?

GGG isn't a small MW at all, he's just a MW. Plain and simple. I was shocked that Canelo was able to make 154 still (although the difference how he looked on the scales to in the ring was quite something) but he did it, so fair play. If he goes straight to 160 for his next fight, I have to really question the point of this Liam Smith fight at 154 but I guess it's more cash in the bank if nothing else
