Eubank outboxes and exposes him and probably stops him with far superior speed and footwork.
The flat footed sluggish Canelo should stick to his niche market of shop worn gate keepers not live fighters, last time he fought one Lara made him look ridiculous.

What kind of hypocrisy is that? Canelo has more of a claim to have an Iron chin than Eubank does.

Has GGG fought Eubank Jr.? No

Are GGG fans and Eubank Jr. fans one in the same? Absolutely Not

Is Golovkin the whole Middleweight Division? No

What the **** are you talking about? Paranoid lunatic.

Are there tough challenges for Canelo at 160 besides GGG? Yes

I'll take Canelo on this one because I'm still not sold on Eubank at world level. Probably by stoppage too. Though I hope to God Canelo doesn't give that idiot the pay day.

Junior inherited his father's traits like, Big mouth, small heart, weepy eyes, lisp, total lack of substance.
The Eubank legacy has inspired the international saying that, there are no boxers in Britain, Only bums.

Eubank has a 3 inch height advantage and a much longer reach. He can work like a spitfire for every minute of every round.

    He'd rip Canelo apart.

"Rip him apart" is maybe an exaggeration. But I think that he'd give Canelo a hell of a fight and if CEJ won I would not be surprised. Smith had a pretty decent showing against Canelo all things considered, and in CEJ Alvarez'd be facing a guy as big as he is, for a change.

At this moment in time you'd have to go with Canelo, Eubank has done nothing to suggest he beats Canelo.

What is Eubank's best win? Nick Blackwell?

Eubank would come to fight though and is a big strong middleweight so it would be interesting from the point of view that Canelo would be fighting a big strong middleweight with a solid engine.

It's a fight I'd like to see though, a far more interesting fight than Canelo Vs Monroe.

Why would you have to go with Canelo? Cotto is more proven than Eubank. Does he win too? :smash2:

Canelo is totally un-proven at MW. He has never fought a MW in his life , so what do you have to go on? He'd have his hands full even with a guy like Blackwell.
No tiny guy like Canelo is waking through the fire storm CEJ dishes out.

And didn't you get the memo? Canelo team said they will NEVER give Monroe a fight. He moves too good is their reasoning :motorino:

I am British but I'm not blinkered, what has Eubank Jr done to suggest he beats Canelo?

I've seen in Jr a big strong middleweight with a good engine, you will need more at top level and we haven't seen it yet, you assuming Jr has everything and you can't just assume. You have to go with what we've seen from both fighters and we've far more from Canelo.

Also, have to add, Jr turned down, Saunders II, Jacobs, Golovkin because he didn't fancy those fights.

He beats up Tom Doran, pulls out a British title defence against Langford with a sore elbow, this is a man who doesn't own towels and is a "fearless warrior" but his elbow is sore, so no fight.

At this moment in time Eubank Jr is really just a Twitter warrior, until he proves otherwise, Canelo has fought far better opposition and beat far better opposition and the best we've seen from Jr is beating up domestic level Blackwell.

I could see Spike O sullivan taking Nelo's head clean off.

Its not about what Eubank has done. Its about Canelo doing absolutely NOTHING at the weight. There's a reason he's had 5 or 6 fight at catch weights of 155. He is too small for 160 and he knows it. Eubank is too much of a dog at the weight for him.
Unless he beats a MW at MW , he has no claim to winning any fantasy fights up there

The best fighter Eubank fought beat him, Eubank lost to Saunders, so let Jr start beating better fighters than Tom Doran and maybe we can judge him a little better but until them Eubank Jr is just unproven and not on the same level as Canelo.

I'm not a huge fan of CEJ, but his skill, speed, chin and relentlessness would wear Canelo out, yeah he lost to BJS, but so would Canelo. Both guys would present their own set of stylistic problems for Nelo, and when you add in the fat that he won't have his natural size advantage, he'd struggle mightily.

Canelo is by far the better fighter, but he is untested against someone of Eubank's size. Still I don't think Eubank is skilled enough to beat him. And with Canelo's judges, forget about it. Canelo UD.
