    Why can't Canelo and GGG????

Especially for 8 figures ffs, Team GGG claim the whole 160 division is running scared of him, but if he paid them 8 figures there isn't a bloke in that division who wouldn't take that fight, ya heard me.

GGG is becoming a total fraud with his antics, fighting welterweights and trying to bully a 154lber in to giving him a pay day. I hope Canelo declines tbh, he makes money who ever he fights and he doesn't have to fight a guy twice his size to prove he's the man, he's already proved it IMO especially given his youth.

Personally I think GGG should move up in weight and challenge for 168 and 175 titles and forget about fighting guys so much smaller than him like Canelo. Canelo might be a good pay day but he doesn't have a title and he's too small for 160 any way. Even if GGG was a little worse P4P than Canelo he should win based on size alone, and beating smaller guys isn't going to improve his legacy.

Winning 168 and 175 titles would make him a 3 weight champ which is much more impressive than beating opponents 1 or 2 weight divisions smaller. Sure beating Degale, Jack, Groves, Kovalev, Stevenson and Ward is a much, much stiffer challenge than beating Canelo when your twice his size, but legacy wise he will go up many levels.

It's totally different, because this is the biggest fight financially that can be made. 8 figures by its own standing is a great offer but in the context of what this fight would generate then the percentage split is the fair way to go.

"Fighting Welterweights" is a strange use of plural. Eubank Jr was the original choice and we see hwo that went, so Hearn offered Brook. Was it a farce? Absolutely. It did however give GGG a lot of exposure to the UK casual market which he didn't have before so from a business sense it was a great move, from a legacy sense no it wasn'y.

He isn't twice Canelo's size either, that's just stupid. Canelo doesn't have to move up to 160 at all, he can stay at 154 if he wants to. The demand for him to do so came when he started fighting above 154 which is...well, middleweight. And of course he then held the WBC title for 160 pounds, so I think asking him to fight guys at that weight was pretty fair game.
Have a look at how he looked size wise against Smith and honestly tell me he looks too small for middleweight.
As for GGG moving up, again that's his call. He seems to make 160 perfectly and Canelo is the biggest fight in boxing right now, I don't think beating Groves or Degale does anything more for his legacy than beating Canelo would. Especially given his impressive CV you mentioned.

Right, let's kill this notion Golovkin is twice Canelo's size because you are exaggerating something that isn't remotely close to being true. Twice his size ffs.

    Height: Canelo 5"9 Golovkin 5"10

    Reach: Canelo 70" Golovkin 70"

Weight: Canelo was fighting at 155 and looked awful, Golovkin weighed in for Brook 158.9, so less than 4lb, Brook weighed in heavier than Golovkin.

Canelo is not a tiny little LMW and Golovkin isn't a huge middleweight.

Tyson was 5"10 with 70" reach. Height and reach don't = size. Golovkin is naturally a lot thicker than Canelo. theres no way he could boil down to 154, he'd be a walking corpse. He wouldn't even give up 2 pounds against Brook who wanted the fight at 158.

Honestly I don't see a difference. There's just more GGG fans than there are Kovalev fans, which is why they're pushing the issue more then and now, compared to Kovalev-Ward. It's just haters who can't wait that are making the fuss.

Have you ever seen pictures of them sparring? Canelo was younger then, I'm sure he was still fighting at 147, have a look at the size of them side by side, Go and have a look, just type in "Golovkin Canelo Spar" and come back and tell me Golovkin is twice the size of him.

everybody is different when it comes to making weight, some can cut a lot and some can't.

the reason I mentioned what I did was a basic tale of the tape lists height, reach, weight... It does not list leg size, shoulder width, torso etc

Also I never heard of Brook wanting 158, not once, maybe I missed it. Hearn said he offered him the fight and he took it, never once mentioned a request for 158.

Canelo is a good sized 154 and Golovkin is a good sized 160.
A good big man always beats a good small man.

Why do you have to round GGG's height down he's always been listed as 5ft10.5?

Canelo is clearly not 5ft9, he's shorter than 5ft8 Floyd and much shorter than Khan and Smith and as his height has been exaggerated I am certain his reach is as well they would have used the same tape.

GGG looked like an Auschwitz victim at 158.9 and he wasn't happy cutting huge weight 4x in a month and it showed in his relative poor performance against Brook who basically won round 2, but should have been shut out

    :risas3: ffs

So the pictures of them shoulder to shoulder each raising a fist? I suppose that was photoshopped?

Or maybe that was photo trickery because Ginger people in certain light look like they have massive heads?

Or maybe, Abel Sanchez with help of the illuminati took that picture and immediately tampered with it because they knew in a few years there was a potential fight and Canelo would claim to be too small so they created evidence so I (and others) could discredit Canelo and Oscar by coming on forums and claiming there really is no size difference.

Photo shopped and photo trickery are 2 different things.

It's quite easy to take a picture at a lower angle trying to make the taller guy look the same size as the shorter guy standing in front of him. How do you photo shop an image that's already taken at a certain angle?

Firstly I apologise for missing half inch off Golovkins height, and Canelo is listed as 5"9. I didn't just make it up, he lists himself as 5"9.

I suppose Canelo is lying, but I thought he always tells the truth?

Also if that's the case I should add half an inch to Canelo's reach as it's listed as 70 1/2.

You make me laugh, you're a joker, you are full of excuses for Canelo so I thought I'd suggest another one for you, help you out, you must be tired, you've had a very long week with your head rammed deep in Canelo, I thought I was being kind.

and you're still not answering my perfectly reasonable question.

WHAT ABOUT THE SIDE BY SIDE SHOTS?
