You realize his past fights, pre-Cotto, also did 300k?

in fairness the british ppv cost about 25 dollars , canelo smith cost about 70

even though it did between 2-3 times the numbers so works out roughly the same

no other way to spin it 250k buys is a failure. Wonder how much money Oscar lost on this PPV?

It's not 250k, so it looks like you're the only one spinning it around here. It will reach 300-310k when it's all tallied up.. Talk then.

    Yea
Of course Canelo & GB can choose to do from now only PPV's like the one last weekend. They make decent money with that level of opposition.
But my point was, as I was replying to the other poster, Canelo needs Golovkin, to do big numbers, and vice-versa. The poster said Canelo doesnt need GGG because he did about 300k. Wrong
Oscar's strategy of low-balling GGG with a flat fee aint gonna work. 60-40 ( just because Canelo has a passport that Triple G doesnt) is a very realistic negociation.

    Your thoughts pls

Why are you taking the high end possibility on this PPV but constantly say GGG did 97k which was the low end? Isn't that a bit contradictory? All credible sources say it is around 250k tops. Sorry.

Because they're not done tallying up the count.. That's why.

And I've never said 97k you ****en ******. I've been quite clear that the GGG PPV did 150k.

LOL! The whole Cucknelo A-side narrative/fallacy is crumbling like a house of cards. Coked up, cross dressing deviant Oscar cannot fool the masses forever.

    Actually Brooks ppv cost $18

Canelos ppv against an unknown made more than twice as much money
