I say 250K isn't bad at all. Had that been GGG vs Smith it would have sold less than 100K.

People are catching on not willing to spend on bogus PPV's though. Expect Pacquiao vs Vargas to do only slightly better than Canelo vs Smith and only because Vargas is known to more boxing fans and is Latino which is a huge chunk of the boxing PPV buying market.

Smith vs ggg would do less than 50k. HBO isn't doing another ggg mismatch ppv again that's for sure. If GBP and HBO were honest with themselves, they had to have expected this number before signing Smith so in that sense it's ok.
