Once again, you have misread the article/interview.

    No, it wasn't wrong.

Floyd vs Manny was the biggest grossing fight of all time, and it was used as an EXAMPLE that's all.

All K2 have said, is that they want a percentage like Floyd and Manny had, as opposed to a flat fee. That's it.

K2 were happy with their purse against Brook, because it was just a keep busy fight on a lower scale.

A fight against Canelo is much bigger than Brook.

You guys have a really hard time when it comes to looking at different circumstances.

GPB won't fall for it? Ha! Yeah, K2 have been really unreasonable haven't they.

OH. That's the ole, "shoot for the stars and get a mountain" negotiating technique.
SAme as, Ronald Reagan wants a glass of ice water in hell, but all he gets is a cup of hot bat urine.

GB wants the fight, but only on their terms, no real negociation taking place.

Perhaps GBP should offer Golovkin an HOURLY wage like, $1200 bucks an hour.

How do you know there is no negotiating going on?

12 million for GGG is more than fair.

If you were Golovkin, 34 yo, would you take it ? Knowing you could make triple that amount ??
Also knowing you could make in the UK 7-8 Mil a fight, so whats 12 ? Now 35MiL, that sounds different.

    Your thoughts ?
Impossible for GGG to take 40% ?

35 million for Golovkin? GTFO with that!! lol And how much for Canelo? Cotto didn't even get paid that much. Canelo was paid 5 million for his out with Cotto.

This fight will barely crack 1 million dude, not even Canelo-Cotto sold 1 million, and GGG is a lot less popular than Miguel Cotto.

You guys are too dumb to understand BASIC math, or what?

A year from now is not wanting the fight. Canelo making GGG an offer for his next fight is wanting the fight.

Nelo does not want no part of Golovkin.

GGG vs Canelo will double the PPV's made by Canelo vs Cotto. Wait and see. With all this buzz created right now, its THE FIGHT in boxing. When it comes , all the casuals that dont watch boxing anymore will buy it, kinda like MayPac.

Canelo made a lot more than 5 Mil vs Cotto. Dont play dumb man
That was a risky fight to be made business wise, because Cotto is old and doesnt sell that much anymore. The fighters took the risk on themselves, and it was a good move by both of them.

Are you suggesting GGG is more proven than Cotto in terms of selling PPVs? Or how do you figure it will double? I don't understand? Are you taking Oscar De La Hoya's word that the fight will do better because HE is letting it MARINATE? So what is it? I thought you guys said the fight didn't need marinating and they were ducking?

GGG sold 150K max in his sole PPV and against his HBO fight with Brook only 850K tuned in to watch. Yet he is suppose to outsell Cotto?? Not seeing the logic here.

Yeah, Golovkin vs Rubio and Lumieux are ATG quality fights. Oh and his recent fight being publicly dubbed his biggest fight and test to date against a blown up Welterweight speak volumes of GGG all-time great record. How often did GGG explode into arenas as a 1/100 favorite again?.

The mental clinic you need to visit is not streets ahead, but only footsteps ahead from the trash can you live in. Kindly escort yourself where you belong and take other fellow GGG scumbags with you.
