Canelo doesn't have the nuts to so much as take on somebody like Lemieux at 160. Lemieux at 160 would destroy the majority of Canelo's resume without breaking a sweat. In fact, I'd like to very much see CanYellow against Kell Brook myself, to see just how well Alvarez fares against a "blown up welterweight" who can actually fight. I reckon Brook takes him to hell. This isn't stringbean Khan who has pillow fists and a cotton candy chin.
Of course ODLH made a bizz decision with the ducking. Brilliant in terms of economics for GB & Canelo. Funny how none of this nonsense went on in the Ward - Kovalev negotiations, which is arguably an even bigger fight than Canelo-GOlovkin. K2 is always so greedy and whining to the point of the fight not being made, as in Ward, BHOP and Lara. Way back during the Froch talks K2 was probably begging for 50/50 split, gate and PPV too. LOL!
