The full film that is. Anything else out of your mouth is either ignorance or a lie. Which is it? Or would you care to run from the actual discussion and continue to call names. I study the clips but know nothing about the sport, yet you supposedly watched this fight (which we both know you didnt) and somehow reached the conclusion that Johnson was in danger of losing? 3,000 is not really impressive. When you think about it lots of guys have more than 3000 fights on film. Thats what makes Grants comment so silly. Ive been doing this almost full time for well over 20 years. Think about how many fights are televised during your average week. Then think about how many fights Ive referenced historically that I can prove I have with screenshots etc. It would only take you a few years (max) of hardcore collecting to get you to 3,000 fights. Thats why morons like Grant and Mendoza claiming they have a clue what I have is so ridiculous. They cant (and wont) prove it, they talk completely out of their ass, and then Grant makes some sweeping comment about my 3,000 fights and fails to take into account that even a casual collector could get ahold of 3,000 fights easily in a relatively short period of time. If Grant is so familiar with the contents of my list let him or Mendoza (another moron who pretends he has insight into my collection) post what they would consider the most obscure or rare fight contained there within? They wont. Just like they wont give a round by round account in their own words of Johnson getting worn down by Flynn. Why? Because both are ****ing idiots who fancy themselves historians but lack the training and insight to study and desiminate real historical information. Putting together a "documenary" (read: love letter) about a boxer who fought well into your adulthood (the only "accomplishment" Grant can claim) does not make you a historian. Posting nonsense on a boxing forum does not make you a historian. Oh and by the way, just while posting this I purchased another rare boxing film. I wonder how long it will take Mendoza and Grant to pretend they know what it was...

 

Klompton, what do you plan on doing with your collection? I know you've said in the past that you were collaborating on some documentaries. Do you have anything else planned in the future for providing the content to people by any means?

 

You and H. E. certainly rub each other up the wrong way, but to rank him with Mendoza is the worst insult that can be levelled at an individual on this thread imo. I would keep friendly with Mendoza though if I were you, he has access to fights that are like the holy grail ,including one that features Greb! And don't forget he has seen Hague and Langford!
