Canelo should clean up and dominate the division if that's the case....after all He is the "A" side according to a few on here.!!!!

    No denying that.
The division below is a funny one in that there's so much talent but they never seem to face each other and fight so infrequently,so annoying I hope Brook gets fights with em all?

If GGG beats Jacobs, Saunders, and Canelo, his haters will still say "oh its a weak division, he needs to fight Degale, Ramirez" Even if GGG beats the top guys at 168, they will move the goalpost to fight Kovalev/Ward winner. If GGG were to move up to 175 and beat Kov/Ward, they would say Ward was passed it. Moral of the story= there IS no placating the haters.

That being said, I think Jacobs can beat GGG if he catches him with something hard. I expect GGG to beat Jacobs but it would be a dangerous fight. As for GGG moving up to 168, I seriously doubt it. I think he will stay at 160.

Jacobs is a top fighter and definitely underrated. Good skills and great power to go with it.

Look at the set up for the punch that Pirog knocked Jacobs out with. No Middleweight in the last 50 years would've ever even thought of setting up that unpredictable KO punch like that. Pirog was a weird fighter who became elite on the basis of studying fighters in peculiar ways - this is what made Pirog such an interesting boxer.

    Message to GGG

Sign the contract big boy, sign the contract

He has been ducking Jacobs for years and low balling him, this fight is a 50/50 split type of fight, both near the same drawing power. Jacobs should get a paid a couple of mill atleast, but uncle tom don't have big pockets and will offer 250k.

250k sounds like quacking to me

Makes me wish I seen Pirog,I took a long sabbatical from boxing round that time,I was told an injury ended his career,I wonder what it was?

Oh, man, the prospect of the Froch fight had my blood boiling. Both guys are awesome and that would have been one for the ages. Froch could have given G hell with his size, chin, grit, and raw power. Degale's potentially a challenging fight in a different way. Yes, the size, but he also can be quite slippery. G may not be able to walk Degale down like he usually does, which could make for an exciting fight.

He hurt his back badly. The spine isn't something you should take risks with.

Posted after his last fight a couple of weeks ago now that Jacobs was ok, but not in the same league. Does that qualify?

Golovkin wants to fight Jacobs, Jacobs said he was not ready to fight Golovkin. Golovkin wanted to fight Saunders for the WBO title, but he said he would fight Jacobs as his mandatory if Jacobs agreed to fight him, then he will fight Saunders and El Pollo...............

This is a fight I wanted.

The credit he gets isn't as much for beating a good opponent as it is for beating the best out there.

Jacobs, BJS and Canelo would be labeled as bums by demographic if they fight GGG.:crazylick::pancarta:
