Golovkin is a one-dimensional plodder. Mayweather made a career dispatching such fighters and Golovkin is no exception.

    Mayweather by UD.

Yeah, the only chance GGG wins is if he somehow lands a lucky punch with his huge weight advantage

GGG would be a big favorite in this fight and Mayweather would not make it to the final bell despite running a marathon.

    Hell yeah, this. ^

But I'd like to add, at what weight does this hypothetical fight take place?

At 160 Golovkin murders Floyd. And that's only half in hyperbole, I believe GGG could do some serious damage to PBF. Anybody that believes for one second that Floyd could be a serious threat to Golovkin at that weight DKSAB, and that is being tactful. GGG far too big, cuts the ring far too well.

At 154, assuming GGG can even make the weight, I would say Floyd would probably win via drainage. He would likely potshot an anemic GGG all night and win a wide UD. There comes a point where weight cutting can seriously degrade a fighters performance, and given Golovkin's age, I think his problem weight is way before 154.

To sum up: Floyd and Golovkin should never meet in the ring because one or the other would be seriously handicapped by either weight disadvantage or weight drain.

Everyone said Manny would kill Floyd. Look what happened.

Its only a 15lb weight difference. Its a lot, but I dont think he could kill Manny. Maybe a heavyweight can.
As for Floyd vs GGG, the weight difference is only 8 - 10 pounds.
Im sure Floyd's ring IQ and defensive genius can make up for the size disadvantage

Wtf did GGG get 46 wins? It seems you're just adding wins to his record for shits and giggles. At 154 Floyd beats him. At 160, GGG knocks out little Floyd.

But the Goons were just crying about this ****, when the question was asked who would win between KOVALEV VS GGG."oh Kova would outweigh GGG by 20 pounds", " oh they're 2 weight classes apart", then you see the same nutts in here giving their opinion on the same thing.

But since it's Floyd, everything is fine and dandy...... right GGGOOONS?:eusa_doh:

Oops my bad, fixed it 36-0
How can 6 pounds be that much of a difference to go from floyd winning to floyd getting knocked out. 6 lbs is not a big gap in weight at all

Well if you really look at it, Floyd has never weighed in above 151 for a JMW fight, he's a natural WW which is 13 pounds apart= 2 weight classes. He gains 3 or 4 pounds after the weigh in and GGG blows up to 10+ pounds and that's at 160. He'd blow up 20 pounds after weighing in at 154 and would outweigh Floyd in the ring by about that much, if he was allowed to.

GGG by murder. GGG would destroy Mayweather's body before ripping his head off in the 10th row.

I wouldn't be surprised if ggg ko'd him but i also wouldn't be surprised if floyd boxed his head off all night for a UD, Its a bit too much of an extreme contrast in weights tho, its like floyd vs a heavyweight Charles martin would most destroy floyd, but dose that make him a better boxer? hell no, Floyd is in another dimension/universe when it comes to skills compared to GGG, Floyd haters don't care about weight classes they just want to see somebody beat him and say he got exposed.
