    I've been saying for years that Jacobs has a glass chin, he isn't even close to that "elite level" and GGG would destroy him. Most GGG fans agreed before this fight seemed like a possibility, and most mocked his chin since Mora put him down. I hope GGG fans dont change their tune and try and act like Jacobs is some elite talent.

    CST you know I've been shitting on jacobs for ages. Are you going to pretend like you dont remember me calling him dumbo because of his big ass ears, and talking about how bad his chin is, and how he's like B-.

    Jacobs is a very good fighter. Good skills and great power. Hasn't proven it completely but I think he's elite.

    I've been saying for AGES that I'd give him massive credit for beating zurdo, or degale/jack winner. Are you trying to insinuate that I've been a "jacobs supporter", and haven't been talking about how mediocre he is for ages before this fight was in negotiations? You're also one of the GGG fans that called Jacobs mediocre if I remember correctly, and mocked his chin. You even picked a Quillin that looked awful against Lee to beat Jacobs lol.

    His chin is way too suspect. Stylistically BJS is a better fight than Jacobs. If Sergio fking Mora knocked Jacobs down, what do you think GGG would do? Hell I'd even say Lemieux/Jacobs is like 50/50, and I think Lemieux is extremely basic.

    I'd also give GGG credit for beating Canelo, a guy he declined 10m from LOL. Did Canelo even make 10m against cotto and mayweather? Jesus christ GGG is a fking diva, he should fight Canelo destroy him if he's as good as people hype him out to be, and become a PPV star. Canelo, Mayweather, Cotto etc all took sacrifices as the B side.

    Jacobs is a solid yet flawed fighter. It would be a decent win for GGG but nothing special.

    Lemieux has a punchers chance against anyone so you're essentially saying it's only 50/50 because you don't rate Jacobs' chin. Jacobs proceeded to knock Mora out, you have to assess Jacobs on his merits too. Jacobs is just as big of a puncher than Lemieux, beast. 32 wins (29 KO).
    Have a look at the lead up to the Pirog KO, who in the last 50 years at least, has set up a shot like that? That'd bamboozle any modern day American style boxer in particular. Pirog was unique and studied all fighters.

    To prove he is truly elite, he's going to have to prove his chin a bit more so I agree there.

    Sergio fking Mora knocked him down man. Idgaf if he knocked out a shot Mora who hasn't had a decent win in YEARS(since getting robbed to a way smaller Mosley). Don't get me wrong Mora is solid, but he's a boxer that moves, the guy has absolutely no power. I don't even take the Pirog KO in count to the GGG/Jacobs match up, that was years ago, the Mora knockdown was just embarrassing.

    No I'm not, and I'm not saying I think Jacobs is a world beater either, I think GGG will carve through him like hot butter, but a lot of posters hold him in high esteem, and they'll think its a decent scalp, and from a purely skill perspective, it will be, because Jacobs is a legit talent.

    Mayweather fought Ortiz and Berto on PPV, both of whom had been beaten and stopped in the past, Berto by Soto Karass, which is just sad. Where were the howls of disapproval there?

    Jacobs has lost to a brilliant elite fighter in Pirog, and is coming off of a 1st round KO of Quillin, Jacobs is as good a win as anything Mayweather pulled off aside from Canelo and Pacquiao, recently.

    Quit being such a negative hater.

    Hes the #2 guy at 160.
    Does he have a brittle chin? Perhaps, but hes still the best fighter GGG can face at 160 right now, in my opinion.

    I'm going to let in on a very well kept secret, anyone can be put down if hit at the right time and the right place.

    Jacob's has elite skills, elite power but does have a suspect chin. I'd have to say off the top of my head (going to review in a min) that the moral kd was a flash kd, that means nothing, the only true evidence we have is the Dimitry kof and that was a perfect punch. It's not even like Jacob's was pac'd, out in a coma .

    I need more evidence of a glass chin than a flash kd and a perfect ko shot. Anyone have any further evidence of his "glass chin" ? I'll wait because I want to know and nothings coming up.
