Off the top of my head,

David Peralta used to be a cab driver
    Donnie Nietes was a janitor
Trey Morrison used to be a NCAA football player
Deontay Wilder was a basketball player, not sure at which level though.
Juan Manuel Marquez was an accountant (surprisingly)

    any other guys?

The cab driver and janitor are the only jobs on your list, the rest are sporting, and coaches it'd be called careers
Jmm being an accountant is considered a career not an every day normal job.

    Just FYI

Eric Molina - special ed teacher
Johann Duhaupas - used to work in a factory in France

I am pretty sure that majority of Wilder's opponents were part time boxers.

Nate Campbell, used to slap box his coworkers IN A warehouse HE Used To work at, before someone suggested him take up boxing. He turned out pretty good in his pro career too.

Sam Egginton used to a butcher in a meat shop. I can imagine all them hanging beef in the cooler would make for great heavy bag punching work, lol.

Never heard that story. Heard he had night swift during his previous job and would shadow box to stay awake. Someone noticed how good his form was so they recommended he try out pro boxing.

Yeah watch the Campbell vs Alicea fight, it's mentioned several times throughout that fight. I forget what ppv that was, maybe De La Hoya vs Vargas?
