First, canelo is not bigger than ggg. Second, do you actually need to ask if canelo Alvarez who got his ass kicked by mayweather could beat andre ward ?

This is silly. There is nothing that Canelo does better that Ward doesn't do better and on some other level and Ward is just too big and strong for Canelo. It's silly.

Despite the OP, Ward would be much bigger than canelo. very noticeably too. Ward wins by KO.

 

Even without the obvious size advantage, Ward wins this easily. He would frustrate Canelo all night and basically pot shot him at will. Hell, Ward may even turn South Paw for a few rounds just to have some fun.

 

Ah he won't fight GGG, why on earth would he contemplate Ward?

 

Canelo does well against Virgil Hill trained fighters, see his wins over Angulo and Khan. I see no way Ward fairs any better.
