what he says and what boxing fans think are different and he is a known liar. he pretends he is always clean and cleaning up the sport while cheating and demanding even playing field. he is just corrupted by fame and money he should stop promoting his legacy. fans declare a boxers legacy and not the boxer himself. people don't brag about his fights because it's just not like atg fights.

 

Despite being an ATG (of middling status in the ATG ranks) he will always be Kentucky Floyd Chicken. Noone recalls a name like that for guys like sugar ray and ali, they are the top tier for a reason.

If he was that great he wouldnt need to constantly tell people he is. The people have spoken and floyd will forever be remembered as a cherry picker that unofficially lost a few times. To be the greatest you have to destroy every opponent and floyd didn't come close.
